Hello there,
Been reading through the forums for a week or so now and finally decided to take the plunge and join up. I’ll get straight down to business, inevitably I am here for a routine to increase my penis size (predominantly girth), as I am reasonably happy with my erect length (7” approx.)
I have searched for beginner routines and keep seeing JonPops Beginner routine surface. I do have a few questions about this routine and PE exercises in general. First and foremost are the gains permanent once the desired length/girth is reached? Or will I have to keep PE’ing forever? Is the JP routine a good choice for increasing penis girth? Has anyone got a simple to read format of the JP routine?

Welcome to the GYM! After reaching your goals you will need to do a maintenance routine to keep them cemented, so PE is a life long commitment.
The best thing to do is too read JP's thread, it will take some time but you will find that most questions have been asked and answered already.
Seeing how this is your intro, I'm moving this thread to the intro forum.

I am thinking of a routine something like this, if anyone can advise:

Warmup in shower
100 'milking' jelqs jelqs
100 girth blaster jelqs

Once a day, five times per week.

Welcome to the Gym! I don't know if 5 times per week is too much for a beginner, brother. You might want to take a day off every couple of days.
