maximum possible suspensory ligament stretch?

Hi everyone,

Thanks again for this great site!

I'm wondering - is there a ballpark figure for the maximum possible suspensory ligament stretch?

For example, Bib gained 4.5" hanging, did he mention how much of that was from his suspensory ligaments?

What do you guys think? Do they stretch a lot, like 2", and one can work on them for a long time, or is it more minimal, like .5" - 1"?

Everyone is different my friend, so you wont get a definitive answer. However if you are curious about your potential you can try a few tests that bib suggests (LOT test, mirror test, palpitation test. all of wish are explained in full on bibs site and here at PEgym). I don't have the links offhand, but Blink is a good source of info on this site so check out his threads.

I'm not sure there's a definitive answer, Bib's lot theory has been debunked as a means for predicting lig gains.
DLD claims most of his length gains came from lig gains. And he claims upwards of 4 inches gained length.

Cool! It is really is a bit of a new science...

For myself, at the beginning, I imagine if I'm not gaining .1" a month, after say, the second month, then I should switch something up or re-evaluate things...

I've been playing with lig stretches lately and getting some nice results. Basically I unstrap from my extender 5 times a day so every time I unstrap I spend 5-10 mins lig stretching. What I want to know is how fast you can lose a lig gain? If I spend 20-25mins a day lig stretching and then take a day off am I going to lose 80% of it, 50, 20, 10%?

we can definitely say that at this point in time, there is no known theory that can accurately predict your suspensory ligament gains. the only way to find out is by doing PE or hanging.

if you hang SD, and / or BTC eventually you'll figure out what your susp lig potential is (relatively speaking-- there's so many factors with PE, and I think most guys quit long before they reach anything approaching their true full potential).

I love the lig stretch mentioned on DLD's M*****s of S*ze web site where you put your foot on a table and stretch behind the cheeks while hooking your ligs. That is interesting Giveitago on how you stretch 5 times while using the extender I'll put that in my notes.

What do you mean by hooking the ligament? I've been trying to just pull it down for 1 minute or so really stretching out the ligament. That or when I'm using my Handsome Up pump, just push the pump as far forward/down as possible for a minute or so. I'm at 8" and 7" girth and want to be 9-10" potentially like DLD. Lucky me I'm starting out close to my goal. However it's not as easy as it sounds.

I like the Handsome Up device a lot more than the bathmate goliath or sizegenetics extender since I feel it works better than both of those devices. I'm gaining 0.1" per day according to the pump but actually gains I'm not sure of when I'm hard on my own. It still seems to be the same length. After say 3-6 months or longer I'm looking into getting the suspensory surgery. I just want them to cut it, then pull the dick out 1-2" then reattch with the gained inches ready to roll. I also want them to reduce my pad to like 0.1" or so, So i will have more insertable length.

Thanks for this info and I'm interested to here more about the stretch behind your cheeks. So do you pretty much just grasp the head from behind and feel a solid pull and for how long? It's hard keeping a grip for over a 1 minute or so since it's quite a chore anyway. I usually pump up to the max on my $20 handsome up device on amazon and leave it for 25 minutes.

So 8x7 isn't enough for you? So much that you are considering having your suspensory ligament cut surgically? I think you are missing the point of PE.
