its been almost 4 months of consistent PE, 4 days a week. gains include:

flaccid increase 1.5-2"
harder erect
veins i never knew i had
easier to get erect
MAYBE .1-.2" gains in length/girth to about 5.6x4.8 NBP

my routine has gotten progressively harder over time, and i know i am doing all the exercises correctly. basically, i see ppl posting all the time with like .5" gains in 3months or gains in one month or whatever. Im trying to be as patient as possible but its wearing on me. i feel like i should have seen a noticeable increase... am i doing something wrong? is it time to look into a different routine?

my routine is basically a modified JPs with more stretching, and for girth i do mostly squeezes with a few jelqs thrown in

If you've been going for three months, maybe consider hanging? Seems to be the most consistent way to add length.

Flaccid length comes before erect gains. Give it time.
