I'm doing my kergels and reverse kergels every other they and I'm goind my PE every other day to. So I want to ask should I do kergels and reverse kergels same day as I do PE or hould I seperate them? So wich variant is better?:
And question about ballooning. Do it everyday or do it every other day?

Tuesday - nothing
Wednesday - PE

Thursdays - kergels
Thursday - nothing
