I d like to speak to you my tight PF brothers how to relax your PF super effectively and super fast.
Yes Rks and PF stretching and soft ball massage are great ways to do it. I did them and they work BUT they are not even close to the effectiveness of the way I will describe here.
Infact if you have this method as a stand alone(without Rks etc) rehab for your PF balance its superior than all the rest methods combined.
I have tested this numerous times and it always works. Bu doing this every day the PF tension will be gone forever and super fast.
This method also is the most convinient and it does not require special skills like isolating the PF in order for the Rks to be effective and things like that.
The method:
Just hang 500 to 750 grams from your dick and sit on the edge of a soft chair with your legs being on 2 objects that have the same height as the chair sit.
Your PF has to be on the air... meaning that in this position having the edge of your ass on the chair , is leaving your PF without any pressing tension from the chair.
In this position you are hanging in a position that is somewhere between SD and BTC.
Do this for just 20 mins and have a space heater to heat warmth on your PF the whole time and at the same time relax your mind and body. Let the tension go away from your body. Just sit there frozen in a meditation state for just 20 mins.
Thats it!
It works everytime and keeps your PF relaxed for the rest of the day.
Not even 200 Rks are able deliver me such a relaxation on my PF.
This method is bringing the PF lower by the use of the weight and an instant releaf is being happening.
By doing this everyday you will heal permanent.
Be carefull....by overdoing this ( more weight or more volume) will lead to the opposite result.
