so ive been hanging for about 3 months now.im up to either 4 or 4.5 lbs i cant remember,id have to put it on the scale real quick.but,my confusion lies around wheather or not i shiuld try new angles.from what ive seen somepeople say dont try straight iut or iver the shiulder until 6 mknths,and some say 3 months and then some say wait until yiur penis hangs straight down.right now im hanging straight out for the first time and im on my second set and it ls a piece of cake.i was expecting it to be way harder and to be real it dosnt even feel like my penisbis being stretched out.even though it is being stretched out.so whats that mean?and also when it comes to hanging straight down are you supposed to get length gains from hanging straight down or no?cause ibuavnt gotten any gains yet except for maybe like some flacid length gains,but am i supposed to see erect gains before i mive to diffrent angles or will i not see any fains till after i begin to work the tunica?

I'm hanging 8#s basically straight down and swinging. 'Feels good. I don't measure just look in the mirror. Gaining slowly. Have a much bigger flaccid. I clamp and bathmate pump too. Growing a big cock over time!

4 to 4.5 pounds likely isnt enough weight for you to feel fatigue from hanging. Try adding .5 to 1 pound per week until you reach a weight where you are feeling fatigue in the ligament at the base of your penis. Then stay at that weight until you stop feeling fatigue again and have to add more.

Different angles are fine. i didn't start hanging straight out until about eight pounds. BTC and SD are good.

another good tool for keeping penis from turtling is, bikers passive stretcher, a low cost home made, ads type stretcher.

yea ive been adding .5 when i go up but then instead of trying to gobup in weight every week ive been going up in sets on my days off from work.ive also been working with taking 5 minute rest instead of 10 minute rest so that i can get more sets in on work days like last night i got 5 sets in using 5 minute rest.but ill focus on going up in the weight more.but heres another question,is it more important to focus on going up in wieght every week,or going up in sets until uou get to 6 sets amd then go up in weight.

Work on the weight first. Hanging 3 sets at the point of fatigue would be far more effective than 6 sets at 4.5 lbs. once you reach the point of fatigue you can then work on adding more sets.

Hanging at any angle will work the tunica. However it's the SD and BTC angles that work the ligs. Why not stick with these angles to work on both and maximize your gains in the beginning? Once your lig gains have stopped or maxed out you can then start working on the other angles.

Oops posted too soon. Cavalier's advice is good. I would add weight first, until you reach fatigue. Then, once you reach that weight, add more sets if you want.

Hi Yotguy. Like you I enjoy hanging straight down and swinging sometimes however at a much lighter weight (1200g) as I am still working through any gains that I might be able to see extending. Could you provide any more info on how you are swinging the weights (direction, duration etc) and whether you know of any other resources on this? Like you, hoping to keep growing a bigger cock over time:)
