Hi all
If you are not reading my progress thread; I am currently doing jp90 again with some extra things incorporated.

I am trying to fix a recent ED issue, EQ is around 6 and doesn’t point up. I’m hoping jp90 will take care of this.

My PremE is bad. I can’t get horny often enough to practice edging. But I’m trying to go for 20 minutes every time I do, sometimes this is a real struggle to get past the one minute mark and sometimes I spend the 20 minutes trying To stop myself every few seconds so can’t really enjoy it.

I’ve always been small so any gains are always welcome, but not priority.

As my PremE is so bad, should I just concentrate and use my time on edging and Kegel exercises, or should I continue working through jp90 and fitting in the edging when I can?

For your libido (horniness)--have you considered testosterone replacement therapy?
Also--some supplementing might work to get more blood flow down there.

Thanks, I am currently taking l-arginine. I’m thinking about increasing the dose. I’ve not heard of testosterone replacement therapy but il have a look at what it involves. Thank you.

Hey man.. I'm pretty new here. L-Arginine is good. I also take ginkgo, red ginseng, B, C, E, fish oil and zinc. It might be over kill bit I want to maximize my possibilities. Gymming is really good especially squats which release testo.. overall body health included. Plenty water.. I don't mastrerbate too often as I find this desensitizes.. When I do an edging session after an exercise I use a cock ring just to keep it at that horny level.

Obviously I'm new here.. maybe worth a look tho. It works for me

I don't think you need to just focus on one thing. I used PE as a means to tackle PreE. It is complementary.
I recommend taking a holistic approach. Tackle health, EQ, preE all at once. Exercise, drink erection tea and do PE to gain.

Thanks for your input guys. Yeah, I’m contemplating taking some more supplements. I’m exercising and eating fairly well as I’m currently diagnosed with severe depression. So I am tackling everything in one go. I totally understand that they can all be affected due to my depression, but I’m doing what I can to get out of that! Exercising three times a week, plenty of water and very conscious of my food intake.

What on Earth is erection tea lol?! Thanks again!

Erection Tea is the 5 G tea. It is a combination of Ginkgo, Ginger, Ginseng, Garlic and Green Tea.

I drink a combo of Ginger, Ginseng and Green Tea daily. Take Ginkgo supplements and lots of garlic in my food.

Sorry about the depression man. Don't take on too much tho, I believe. Depression is an extreme emotional state, going from one extreme to another extreme could be destructive as there would likely be a loss in balance, which is key.
Take the required steps but try not make it your source of happiness. Happiness should be present even if you don't succeed which is an outcome of resilience. And that takes practice. Nothing worth having comes easy But when you do overcome it the rewards will be so sweet and will give you an outlook on life not many people can understand.
It is definetly right of you to get your life on the right track and I believe everyone can do it, you included. But everyone's right track is different so create your own one. I think this forum is a great place for guys like us. One place to get all the answers and also to learn from others.
Take your time and don't judge yourself. Realize you are the creator in your life and take charge of it. Be present and move on quickly from situation to situation. Opportunities for growth are all around us and I think you will find this challenge to be one of your best teachers, something that you have to make yourself into the person you want to be.
