Hey guys, my english is not pretty good, but I hope you'll understand. I come here to get 0.5 inch or more! :))
my lenght is 5.9inch erection sometimes it hits 6.2-3
and girth is 5.1inch
I would like to get 6.5-7.
Can you simple to tell me:
how to warm up?
what do next?
how to warm down?

Hey Guccy!

Welcome to the Gym.

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

hey not2big :)

I already read in section "start here", I found really good info, but as I said my english not pretty good.
So I do jelq whit not full erection, I stop near my head, and then repeat? What if I dont feel blood moving?
Btw should I do stretching or jeql enough? And how much jelq I need per day? And pls answer how to warm up, and warm down ;p

Hey, I dont see any red spots atm, I feel that my dick get bigger while not erection I believe, I do jelq like 50-70 erection, dont want get more, is this enough? Each day (3days right now) I do 150+/- jelqs, some stretching simple one, and some vjelq like ~40, I warmup in shower, and I place spongebob(idk how to telL XD) and make water keep goind on that. Than after everything I go the same, it is good? Or I need to try harder?
