What PE strategies are you doing in 2017?

Just wondering what people are planning on doing. For example, if you plan on buying an extender and wearing it constantly would be a strategy you're implementing in your PE pursuits.

I plan on pursuing me PE goals by continuing doing my manual stretching routine and my bathmate. Slowly but surely, increasing the sets on stretching and maybe even buy the X40 model.

Im interested in hearing what you guys plan on doing.

I plan to continue with edging without ejaculation in every seasson and that`s it.Probably a little bit of kegels also.It`s working out for me and I am still gaining so that`s my plan-to see how far I can increese my size without PE (stretches,jelq etc).

I will continue with all the current manual and pumping. I will be adding Bathmate. And I will order parts for my Phallosan.

I ordered my clamps guys! *yaay*

They will be here in a few weeks time. Until then I'm conditioning myself with some even more intense jelqs.

For 2017, I am going to be working on girth and head girth primarily. I expect to gain some length but it a really not important.

I'm still going to be using my bathmate XX40 bathmate for 2 sets of 15 minutes, this consists of a warmup and 5 min max out, followed by 1 hour at 10"hg with my modified head pump. But this year I'm going to be adding my new elliptical cylinder into the mix along with my Goliath bathmate, and maybe some clamping.

My plan is to warm up with the Xtreme X40 bathmate, starting at 7-7.5" and continously pumping every few minutes until I'm past 8.5" and maxed out on vacuume pressure. Then I'm going to air pump for close to an hour at 10-15"hg. Following that I'm going to try clamping, if I even have anything left in me. Or alternatively, I'm going to use my Goliath for full package pumping instead of for recovery pumping.

I know this sounds like a lot but my dick can handle it. I've been PE'ing for over 15 years now and I seem to respond well to high pressure and fatigue sets. I like to kill my PI's and then watch them come back as I heal.

My strategy will be consistency. Same workout, but stop missing so many days.

Get back onto the PE wagon, I fell off a while back with work commitments etc, so I feel its not time to get back into it. I have always been a minimalist with my workouts, which I have still gained from.

That's the plan anyway :)

Consistency for me, I've had a lot of external issues that have really messed up my routine for the last month. Going almost only for girth and curve correction now, any advice on that would be appreciated.

Jelqing against the curve can help with curve straightening and add girth.

Oh yeah that's what I'm doing now. I jelq to the right side of my body to address my curve to the left.

I will be continuing with manual exercises only. However, I did pick up some clamps from the local Home Depot today as I was picking up a few items for honeydos. They caught my eye as I was on the electrical isle and I couldn't resist. First device I have ever purchased. $1.27 + tax. Have no immediate plans to use but all the squeezes, uli's are getting hard on the hands. Developing popeye forearms though.:becky:

Also, I'll be going back to a manual routine for a while. Based off my free MeCoach month I won in the xmas contest, I'll be trying out more upwards and A-frame fulcrums (for tunica length focus) and including kegel and stamina work.
