Hello,

I started JP's 90 Day Routine last week just after I bought an extender online, but now I'm hearing that PE'ers should focus on length FIRST before solidifying girth?

I just got my extender, what should I continue with?

It would be best to continue with JP90 for 90 days before embarking on an intensive extending routine. In the meantime you could use the extender with light tension (under 600 gr.) for short sessions (under one hour).

It's a matter of convenience for you in some ways. Continuing with the JP90 wou will need to set the time aside to complete the routine every workout day. For some with tight schedules it may be difficult to find the time. An extender doesn't require setting time aside. The problem with it is that it requires about 8 hours a day to be effective and it is not easily concealed. Starting out you should just choose one or the other, don't try both at the same time. Now for my advice, continue with the JP90 for the 90 days. After that you could probably add in the exteder as well depending on how your PI's are. I will say that if you are seeing good results with the JP90 then you shouldn't change a thing until things slow down.

Don't girth gains make length gains harder?

There is the theory that you should work on length first but there have been many members who have successfully worked on both at the same time.
