Today I jumped in to the 2nd part of changing my life (first part was getting weight loss under control and with that I've taken out 23lbs with an additional 70 to go, I need to get to where I was 13 years ago), I've decided to take the plunge in to PE.

After LOTS of reading I choose the path of the JP90 and so far it seems to be a fit for me(ok its only been 1 day), as a matter of fact when I was done I was ready for more, but thats for a new day. Eventually I am thinking of one of the bathmate products.

In addition to the JP90 I'm also doing edging, and its tuff not "finishing". Also with those two items I've added in the "Warp" and what I was wondering is, what is the max time as a beginner that I should do it? Would it be beneficial or detrimental to do it for long periods?

I remember before the weight gain, everything down there seemed so much bigger.

So here is my start, and now its out there and that means I have to change it.

Welcome to the site and the JP90 program. I just finished my first week on it and I gotta' say, after doing the workouts, it feels quite refreshing. Stick to it because as everyone else here will tell you, it is a marathon, not a sprint. Good luck on your progress.

Thanks. I'm glad I spent time reading the forums and learning the right way and that patience is a must in this process. I know it won't be an easy journey but having a place like this helps.

Definitely. Just set reachable goals and give yourself a time frame that is reasonable to achieve them goals. Everyone progresses at a different rate also. It seems like a lot of the rules in bodybuilding are the same with PE.
