I've been meaning to join the boards for some time but never got around to it. Anyways, it is now about my 1 year anniversary of PE.
So I'm 27yo, I work insane hours, no life, not a lot of time for PE. Haven't watched porn since I was a kid. Not easy to judge progress as I don't like to masturbate and life often shuts down my libido.
Starting stats (Sept 2020): BPEL 5.5" EG 4.25" EQ 8
Current range (Sept 2021) BPEL 7.5"-7.75" EG 4.75"-5.25" EQ 5-7
The size of my dick can vary depending on my mood on a given day. I need the pump to achieve that maximum, but I need to be feeling good too. As far as exercises go I've probably tried everything at least once. I had achieved 6.5" BPEL by January 2021 using simple stretches and bought a pump that same month. I had gained absolutely 0 girth until I bought the pump (jelqing, ulis = useless). I dabbled with bundles for awhile but they did nothing for me. Went back to simple up,down, side to side stretches and got 7.5" BPEL by May 2021. I thought I had a solid 5" girth at this time too, but that was probably premature. I then noticed that my EQ just wasn't enough to get by anymore. I stopped stretching altogether and focused only on pumping - where I am today. Going off of the basic assumption of TGC Theory, I need 6" girth to restore the original proportions of my dick and get my EQ back.
