Hi Guys,
Starting my LOG. Here are a few stats about me: I'm 51, in shape, no issues with erection or quality but am unhappy with my little flaccid penis and tight balls and 6.5" BPEL. My girth is slim too (EG 4.5") I'd like ideally, another inch in all directions (including flaccid).

I think 'cuz my balls ride high & tight, my small-flaccid (FL is 3.25 but can shrink smaller) just kind of points out, hangs there, looks small, therefor 'feels small'. I started the JP90 routine 2 weeks ago

Wow, it worked! pics got attached. Here is more for posterity, showing my 6.5" erect state but I have a slight upward curve that I hope lessens with PE.

My Routine Aug 1 2011
-Warm up (cup of hot water on crotch) 10-15min.
-Pull out;hold 15 sec., Same for up, down, left, right.
-Slowly pull penis in circle (clock rotations) about 5 in each directions
-Another Pull, left & right, this time hold testicles (light stretching) in opposite direction of dick-pull.
-Wet Jelq; about 50 of them. 50% erect (fluffed and quite swollen but not hard)(Not my favorite:confused:)
-V Jelqs: about 50-60 (I like these:D)
-Edging for 20-30 minutes, then cum.

NOTES:
I've done this since July 15th.
I ALWAYS rest 1-2 days after each session. Therefore my goal is to PE 2 -times per week, sometimes 3 times. This has to be my routine for now since I'm sore the next day. HOWEVER: it's a pleasant soreness, like a good workout at the gym. I don't want to PE on a healing cock. I think after a month, I'll be able to PE 2 days on, 1-2 days off.

SUPPLEMENTS:
I'm taking a multi-amino acid tablet and Vitamin Shopps "ultimate man" multi-vite (for us over 50 crowd). That's all, don't want to go all steroidey or whatever mega-pill you buy over-counter.

Morning jacuzzi and stretched by ball skin in the warm water and did a few JAI pulls in the hot water.

Later afternoon:
Warm up 10-12 min. with cup of hot water on top of penis (moved it left & right too) with underwear over it to keep me warm, not burning.

5 min of:
Stretch straight 25 kegals, then left & right w/ 25 Kegals each.
Pull and make big clock circles both directions for 5-10 times each (kegal thru half of them)

Wet Jelq:
50 Wet Jelq (OK grip, palms face crotch)
30 Wet Jelq (overhand grip, palms face out, away from body)
20 Wet Jelq like the 1st set.

Since OK grip, palms in makes me grab my balls, I do most of these with my dick pointing down (so my balls ride up and back) and Jelqing works :). Also, I like the overhand grip better, longer strokes but I don't know if that's a correct way to do them.

Then Big Circles again and JAI stretch with some kegal while my dick is all fluffed, thick, huge but not boner hard.

Edging for 30 minutes to Guy Porn :D my favorite part!! My edging does not involve touching my penis. Is that a problem? It's so easy for me to touch my nipples and watch erotica that I stay fully erect easily for 30 minutes.

No ejack this time; held it back for tomorrow.

I took 4 days off to completely heal and repair (not that anything was damaged, just probably good at this early stage)

Aug 8 routine:

This time I incorporated Miamihurricanes "Side to Side" stretches found here:

1-Pull-hold-kegal (Tugs): Left/right/center each had 25 keg's so total of 75
2-Helicoptor twirls-shakes
3-The new Side to Side Stretches: 4 sets of 15 (total 60). These were surprisingly pleasurable so I had to stop after 15 to go almost limp again before continuing.
4-Helicoptor twirls-shakes
5-Wet-Jelq 2 sets of 50 (I'm good at keeping erections low now)
6-V Jelq THE CORRECT WAY...YaaaaY. I realized I was doing them wrong until now. you don't push out, you pull in (or up to your chin) , as if, you might smack your wrist to your chin if you jelqed over your pennis head, which you don't do. 3 sets of 40 (120)
7-Pleasant edge for 30 minutes plus.
8-Release while holding balls down between legs to (?hopefully ?) stretch the testicle tubes (?vas differens ?) and tissue.

I'll be measuring at weeks end. This is exciting!

Aug 9 Routine (change up!)
V-stretches! 20-30 seconds at straight/L/R/Dn while my other hand pressed the "V" on my crotch bone. This targets the ligs.
Tunica/Lig Big Circles: 10 slow, bug circle tugs both ways
A-stretch (advanced, I know) about 15 seconds over each arm
V-Jelq: about 50-50
2 minutes of Ball Jelqing
15 min. edging, came too.

PS: going to try more ball jelqs since it makes me quite hard. It can be my edging time AND hopefully make my balls hand a tad better.

BEST PE routine yet!
That describes what I did 2 days ago. Talk about good PI's:
I know it's early to add 1-2 minor advanced stuff but I did them very lightly. I was a tad (but pleasantly) sore on the sides of my shaft Tues evening and Wed morning. It's a general internal shaft soreness that feels like a muscle ache. It went away late in the afternoon.

I also finally figured out the V-stretch (was doing it wrong for 3 weeks) now I really feel the ligaments got a good stretch (on top of the shaft) for a change and actually stretched.

But my FLACCID hang from the moment I woke up, lasted all day :D. I've never hung so well for so long. My balls hung better too. I'm going to keep the testi-jelqing going. And I did them VERY lightly. My cock looked "fluffed" (soft but thick and heavy) I wanted to pull it out of my pants and walk around in public. Alas, not on this planet.

The 2 10-second A-Stretches are what made my shaft sore on both sides. To have it last just overnight tells me it's just right...for now.

I can't wait until this afternoons PE session. I really like this 1-2 in a row ON, and always 1-2 days off to completely heal (hopefully GROW!) I have to PE at work in my office after everyone leaves but it works out great.

Aug 11 Routine:
10 minute warm cup warm up.
3 x 15 Light JAI Stretches
More JAI, this time left/right/center/up WHILE HOLDING TESTIES IN OTHER HAND and pulling down and kegals.
(trying pull down my ballsack that rides up with kegals)

V-Stretch the sides
BTW for a minute (pull under leg, try to stick it in but hole...actually feels good if totally soft!)
40 Side-to-Side stretches
V-Stretch again (trying to lengthen tight ligs on top of shaft and left side; I think thats what to do since my penis wants to point left and straight up from the base...I did have a straighter erection afterward)
Wet Jelq and V-jelq (25 of each)
10 minutes of Ball-Jelqing over the testes.
30 minute of mostly full erection, mostly hands-free edging. No release (saving for big shoot today)

Been concentrating on keeping erection level low on Jelqs and V-stretches. Will also do ball pulling where possible with the PE stretches to take care of both issues (add and inch AND bigger balls that dangle away from the penis, not on them)

Aug 18

After 5 days off, wanted to rest it up before doing my 1 month measuring. Everything stayed the same :( like flaccid length & girth. Except for BPEL is about a 1/4" longer at 7" :) I guess I do more growing than showing. I wont worry about official measuring until next month, 60 days out.

Everything else stayed the same unfortunatley. I was really looking flaccid length and some girth but it's the same. Although, the entire unit FEELS heavier, it also looks bigger soft. I'm sure the EG is a bit bigger too. I can honestly say my erection quaility is similar to my 20's and 30's suddenly. Easy to get hard and my orgasms are definitely better. AUG 23: Learned from the post here on 'Edging' and found I'd been doing it all wrong all this time (you'd think 'how in the world can you get THAT wrong :rolleyes:) I had simply ended each PE session with 20-30 minutes 'arousal' since it's so easy for me to just look at pics/videos of naked guys I just stay hard, oozing until I cum. BUT that's NOT edging.

AUG 23: EDGING SESSION for 20 minutes: this time, without porn, I just pulled and gently stroked with light lube, not quite reaching PONR but getting close. I guess this was more 'ballooning' and it allowed me to do a little sqeezing below the glans to swell my dick head a bit too. It needs to be thicker/bigger as well.

Clock & counter clock slow rotations 10 each direction.

Lambda Jelqs! 50 of them!
V-jelqs 20
Rest 3 minutes
Mixture: 10 minutes of Lambda, V's, a few Wet jelqs.

15 minutes of Edging/ballooning which a few Ulis thrown in (might as well start light Uli's now since I think I'll be getting in to them for cock head girth later)

Edging without porn, and using long strokes up to the frenulum was pleasurable and a much better work out on the penis than just staying aroused watching porn. Much more useful to gaining I think. Don't get me wrong, a bit of real-man porn does wonders at the end.

25 Lambda v-jelqs using (1 handed using the other hand in OK grip at base) x 4 sets, (or each hand x2)

AUG 29
JAI stretches, rotations clock & counter clock (kegals during), helicopters, rest.
Repeat but with other hand pulling ball-sack down or to the side in opposite directions (gently!)
Side-to-Side stretches for 5 minutes. Rest to flaccid and a few flaccid bends.
30 v-jelq and 30 lambda-jelq alternating every 15.
JAI stretches again with balls pulled in opposite direction
30 minutes of edging with long, slow wet-jelq motions.
Ejac....

NEXT MORNING: Great flaccid hang! so far, never had red spots or sores EQ is strong 9-10.

SEPT: Still kept to the same routine about 2 times a week, sometimes 3. Took a week and half off in there somewhere.

OCT 11: This is my 3rd PE so far this month. Todays consisted of my 'new' routine for this month so far:
Warm up
Tunica Tugs: 300 quick kegals in each of 3 directions while holding the T-tug
'A'-Stretches over my wrist in 3 directions about 507 seconds each.
4+4 Rotating Stretches with ^ (upside down peace) on base against crotch bone and rotating both directions for 8-10 seconds.
Regular penis stretches: 4 directions, 20 sec. each with totally relaxed bc muscles, so no kegs but just the opposite: relax and push.
Then Spot Jelq (or 1 handed jelq) for about 20 minutes, add in a few standard and V jelqs.
Do a few 'squeezes' and a couple 'horse-squeezes'
Balloon for 15-20 minutes.

WHATS NEW LATELY:
I only ejac every other time at most when I PE. I like being full, stretched, bloated and ready to pop and keep it in. I think it helps gains.
I started totally relaxing when doing basic stretches. I've now learned not pull back which is what I've been doing the 1st month. Stretches are really good now.
I edge or balloon properly now: my ballooning is made up mostly of lightly spot jelqing so and I've gotten really plump and long for my last 10-15 minutes of PEing.
I do side to side stretches most of the time too now.

GAINS:
And after 2 months, 60 days with my mostly 2 times a week, I've made a solid 7/8" BPEL!!

I NEVER would have believed it. I measured and re-measured and it's 7/8". No girth yet but my flaccid hang is MUCH better and my balls hang nicely now (now tight anymore).

Also, I measured after no PE for 1 week and I measured without jerking my unit, just looking at good porn for 1 minute, got a full boner and measured (meaning no cheating by beating my meat).

I AM A HAPPPPPY CAMPER....UH PE-er.

"Round the Clock" stretches both ways, 3 spins each lasting 10-15 seconds each.
TT's again with add kegals during 20 second stretches.
TT's again with Pulling Balls-testes down and or out.
TT's again with Pulling Balls AND Kegals.

short rest (did some heli's in between earlier to keep blood flowing)

Jelq's: about 80 (mix of regular, V, Lambda's and 1 handed w/OK pressed to pubic bone)
Horse Squeezes: (GENTLY!!) 4, 10 second squeezes.
Jelq again
Compression Squeezes: (still Gently): 2, 10 second squeezes.
60 1 handed jelq's, switching hands: I use this for my 20 minutes of ballooning. Also did most of these with balls pulled out and away since they were so relaxed.

Did not cum on purpose, just enjoyed the 'fluff' and 'weight' of my temporary 'shlong' until it shriveled back to normal.

OCT 18 next morning: Excellent hang, good PI's. that was a good PE workout yesterday.

Same routine: (looks like I'll have PE'd 3 times this week!) feels great.

I was worried about the 2-4 10 second horse squeezes being too much but I don't feel anything negative at all. I'll keep it up at this level for a couple of weeks before I do any more. So far this routine is great so I wont push it until I measure in another month.

I do think I see some flaccid girth and a little length too.

Same ol, same ol. Added the minor compression squeeze, mid shaft, and 4 squeezes into the mix. Long (very pleasurable) ballooning/slow one-handed jelq and resisted the urge to orgasm. Saving that for another day of just pleasure, no PE gym work.
