  • Edging for 20 mins
  • Shower
Next week I'll be increasing my stretching time and jelq count!

I'm currently on anti-depressants which make me last a long time when having sex or masturbating... I didn't even get close to finishing when I edged for 20 minutes. I need some good pussy!!

I've given up on edging. The anti-depressants that I'm on make me last way too long lol! So I think I'm just going to stick to sex.

Thanks kingpole. I started out last April with 6" BPEL and 4.5" EG so I did make some good gains. If I can get to 5.5" EG it will be heaven for me. I'm not really concerned about length... since that is the easier one to achieve for me.

Well figmint... maybe I'm just lucky :D I hope I can gain more to attain my 7" NBPEL goal but if not I'm still pretty happy with my current size... although it's not an 8" cock, girls act like it is :p Plus you have better girth than me ;)

  • 4 minutes tunica stretching (basically what I do is hold my dick in a straight-out stretch and use my free hand to apply pressure on one side or another by pushing in that direction)
  • 2 minutes A-stretching
  • 2 minutes basic stretching
  • Helicopter shakes
  • 170x wet jelqs slow cadence
  • Edging + clamped off a couple of erections for fun
  • 15 minute bed fowfer as a warm-down
Changed the routine up a bit today to keep my dick guessing ;)

I think I'll wait until next month before I measure. I don't want to measure now and be disappointed if I haven't grown :p. I hope I can still gain!

Hehe... I can remember when I had to really dig the ruler down into my pubic bone just to get my 6" starting measurement. And now I'm over 6" NBP easy... probably 6.5" ;) Oh the wonderful world of PE.
