I am sorry to hear that Big Rooster. My dad passed away a few years ago. I still doubt he loved me. I am glad you knew he loved you. It is hard to lose someone so close.

My father passed away several years ago. The day before he passed, he underwent a angiagram and was told that everything looked really good. I called to check on him but he was asleep so I decided just to wait until morning to say "Hi." I never got to speak with him.
Too much was left unsaid.

So sorry to hear that Pirate. You have memories of him and that can never be taken away from you.
