Hello everyone i've decided to open my own log to see and share my improvments with my PE. Long story short - i have PE since im 20 years old. My first sex was when I was 16.5 and it wasny that special at this time but I could last at least 20-30 minutes until I was 20 and then i had some bad issues that influenced my self esteem, confidence etc. So today im way way better ive got over all my problems but im still need to fix my PE but im not sad because its a wonderful and intresting journy.
In the beggining when i just find out the kegel exercise ive started to do it and after a few weeks i find out that my problem got worsen so ive look out for more information and I found out this beautiful community, and for the first time heard about RK and some other essential exercises as plateau edging.
So now ive decided to do only RK routine for a few weeks and see what happens and combine it with deep squat and plateau edging which is so much pleasurable and special.
For now i can see very good improvments with my PONR and my PF is more relaxed and im going all over the way the cure my self and im very confident with it.

Im sorry for my Engilsh i will try to improve with it with the time and I want to say thank you all for any help you will give or gave me. :)

Great job starting a log Nobudy. It will help you track what works and what doesn't. It is also helpful for us to watch and answer questions you have. It sounds like you are headed in the right direction . Enjoy.

Hello guys and thanks for replies me. I have some good news to tell you.
After one day rest, today I woke up and decided to start with some streches so I first did 30 deep squat and than I did 2 more exercises like squat for 3 minutes each. And than I started balooning (its my second time) I did it for 20 minute and I could feel pleasure senseations with reaching the PONR only once just in the end when it becomes very intense, so I stop. Than i move to edging and I was very relaxed, I combine it with RK Breathing and it was 30 minute session. all the sessions from the start took me 50 minutes when I was relaxed and I reached the PONR only twice and even than I didnt stop and I tried to be around PONR as long as I can. There were like only 3-4 IKS and they were very weak. It wanst the day of ejaculate, but, unfortunately just one second before the end of the session I was near the PONR and I tried to keep going with it but it was too intenste for me and I ejaculated. for me I think it is a big big iprovment Because it seems that my body getting use to those tough sesnsation from time to time and I can last longer and longer when Im edging.

So - Some conclusion:
1. balooning seems to be very useful and make my body resistent to the tough sesnation.
2.Plataeu edging teach me how to not to think about only ejaculate but also enjoy from the other feelings.
3.doing only RK routine for week and a half cause the IKS to be weaker and weaker (only 3-4 in 50 minutes).
4.Doing streches as deep squat a few times in a day make my all body and especially my PF very relaxe.

Today I woke up and started with streching as deep squat 30 times up-down set, and 2 sets of other streching 3 minutes for each.
Than I did balooning for something like 25 minutes, it was pretty good and I felt great with the sensations. I tried to syay relaxe as much as possible and do some RK With it. I think my pennis getting bigger somehow maybe from the balooning vecause when im doing it he looks bigger than usually. Unfortunatelly at the end of the session I ejaculated and thats because im trying to push myself to feel too much pleasure, I need to take it easier when I close to PONR. I dont know if The RK helps when im edging or balooning doing them as exercise seems to be good for PF.

I dont have any special routine but im doing streches every day. 3 days in a week im doing balooning and edging and trying to ejaculate every 3rd day.
Also im doing 3-4 sets of 50 RK every other day

Hey guys. I wanted to consult with you what do you think is best to do when you reaching the PONR while edging? Stop every stimulation? Or balooning in some spot? Or some other thing.. What do you do ?

Hello guys I have some good news??!!
Today its my day of having edging and balooning session so I started edging (aiming for plateau) but today I decided to do something different and take it one more step forward. I played porn but without looking it, only hear it, so it was very good and after 20 minutes I came close to the PONR and than when I was very close, suddenly I felt some very intense pleasure that I didnt feel before even once, I left my dick and enjoyed from it and after something like 10 seconds I continue with edging but the PONR has gone and my dick was hard and I lasted 6 minutes more and tried to feel this feeling again. But when I reached PONR again it wasnt the same and than I ejaculated. The orgasm was better than anytime.
When the special feeling happend my kegel flex was naturally been pushed and it wasnt like those IKS it felt very naturally.
Guys what do you think about it?

Hello guys, today I did another session, Ive started 30 minutes of edging, from time to time I can feel much more pleasure and my body can deal with it and enjoy it also. Something wierd happened in the all 30 minutes of edging, I could feel like a one big IKS but it didnt get me closer to PONR it was just there (maybe im wrong and it wasnt IKS). But when ive got close to PONR I could feel those special waves that going all over the body and and I could be there much longer than before. Also it seems that the IKS still there but its not strong as before and when they appears and the muscle contract I can handle it by remaining relaxe and doing light RK and I can stay around the PONR much longer . :) when Ive finished with my edging ive started balooning for 20 minutes with james monro technique. It was good and very very intense and I can see from session to session that my pennis become bigger and stronger.
Thats for now guys, next week im planing to add some kegels to my routine because I can feel that my PFC is much more relaxe now and the RK works good and dont affect my EQ that hard and strong now.

Ok so today I had another great session, i have started with edging, i did it for 30 minute without reaching the PONR even once. today, not like my lasts edging sessions I decided to rub the frenelum from time time for something like 10-15 seconds and thats to get my body use to those sensation, and it went well.
After, i did balooning for 20 minute and that was a very special session, i found that the left underside of my pennis it is the most intense part and i did over there the "circulation rub" and it was so so pleasure and I think i just figured out what it means that ORGASM and EJACULATION are 2 SEPERATE THINGS, when I got close to the PONR I felt pretty much the same feeling when im ejaculating, those pleasurable waves that flows all over your body, the feelings at your thumb, and the point when you are so relax and your mind doesnt think at all. I could repeated this feeling as much as I wanted to, I just needed to relax for a few seconds and then go back to the PONR. It was amazinggg!!

I have only one question:
1.Is anybody here who dealing with PE have experienced that his muscle become more strech from time to time but it is not bother his stamina? (Im talking about the muscle that gets involuntary contraction) I mean now i feel one big IKS when im erect.

Hello guys. Today I had sex, from the PE part it wasnt good at all, i cum very fast maybe after 50 sec, I felt my but getting tight and my pelvic aswel and the IKS was horrible I couldnt release the tension and it was kegeling from the start. It seems that my IKS still very strongs.
A few hours after we finish i started to feel some stress that I dont use to at the lower part of the body(butt, ass, pelvic floor, lower back!!??). I will continue with the only RK routine for a few more weeks because I dont see any loss im EQ, it actually better than before and my dick getting hard again very fast after im ejaculate.
So it wasnt good sex but ny partner dont mind at all and at the end she gave me the best blowjob so there are some positive things after all ;)
Any recommendation ??
Any thoughts??

Today i did edging for something like 50 minutes. Something wierd happend, my erection was like 6-7 and i had some up and down with it while I edged. It took me something like 30 minutes to reach the first PONR and even than when ive got around there I got those amazing waves and when I fee it I just resuming the edging because its very amazing, its just like strong orgasm and if i keep edging this sensation just getting stronger. Some other wierd thing is that my pennis feels numb a little bit, maybe its from some pill that I took today to be more concentrate at the lessons, or maybe it is because the PENNIS STRECHES that i started doing. Ill check it in my next edging session. It is wierd because 3 days a go i had sex and my pennis was hard and big and actually recently my erection is the best that I can remember. Im still with only RK and i can feel that my pc muscle become more and more relax and when im ejaculate i dont have anymore this tightness feeling in the pc muscle . I think thats all for now. In thursday i will have sex with a new girl that ive just met (its for sure ;) ) i feels little bit insecurity but fuck it !!! Im going to enjoy no matter what will be!!

Focus more on getting rid of the IKs during edging. At first it seems far more important than lasting long or reaching the plateau. Place your other hand on the perineum and every time you feel a spasm (that's the IK) hold a reverse kegel OR try holding one light reverse kegel during the whole thing.

Helloo, first of all, those who want to read it its going to be a bit longer than usuall.
Today i had another great session, it is still not my best erection but it was better than the last time. Ive decided to stop with those PENNIS STRECHES for a while because i think thats what makes my erection weaker.after 3 weeks of only RK Ive added kegels to my routine so now im doing like 70/30% RK/K, so that mean 4 sets every other day of 70 RK AND 50 K but im doing it like the 1PUSH/1SQUEEZE method.
So i understood yesterday that im trying to cure my self too fast than I need because almost in every session I had, I was ejaculate at the end because I tried to play near the PONR too much and tried to stay there without stop at all so the result was ejaculte every time, so now ive decided to do 50 minutes exactly for the 2 firsts sessions and than stop!! And in the 3rd session to play with PONR and try new stuff.
I think ive found out something that can help a lot, but thats very hard to do because it demand more controll from me. When balooning, when im finishing the 20 minutes, im going again to the closest that i can to PONR but this time im staying there and in every IKS im doing a hard reverse kegel and thats to fight ONLY against the IKS and not concentrate on pleasure or minutes. Thats very hard because im going the closest to the PONR to the point when it is one tuch from cumming and when im there the IKS become crazy and appears in every tuch so I need to be at full controll.

Ok more news for now :)
I had sex tonight. It wasnt lasts long, im not sure but I think it was a little bit more than last time. I could feel my pelvic more relax. I trying to understand how t keep it relax during sex, I tried to push RK but didnt work. But thats OK!!!! Because even the sex wasnt last long, it was amazing, the girl was amazing, a lot of pleasure and pession. I felt insecurity with the PE but i didnt let it to take me down and we did more and more sex for a few more times. I think im on the good way.. I have more work to do with my pelvic and the muscles and im sure I will see results very soon !!
