OK, I think I have an answer for you. First off, you should only be jelqing in the 50-60% range. Fully erect jelqing should be avoided until a more advanced routine is started after JP90. What I believe you are feeling is the blood being pushed forward from the base (the initial pop) and again, at mid-shaft there's a "bump" about 1 to 1 1/2" beneath your glans if you're circumcised, where the blood again squeezes forward into the head. That's perfectly normal, and as your penis becomes more "fit" & veinous through PE, you will likely be able to see these "bumps" with regularity. Unless there's pain involved, what you're experiencing is exactly what good quality jelqing is supposed to accomplish. Keep up the good work!
Interesting point. I should note that I am not a beginner completely as I have been jelqing for over a year now and I do not jelq when fully erect. if anything, i jelq between 30-60%. However, I have changed the way i jelq these past two months. Here are the main differences:
before (1year)
- no stretching
- Did not pay full attention to the qualify of the jelq so not all engorged the glans and not all were slow 3-4 second jelqs
- 30-60% erection
-10min sessions
- jelqs didnt always start deep into base
Now(past 2 months)
- stretching for 10min
- much more focused on quality of jelq and i aim to ensure that each jelq engorges the glans (3-4 second slow jelq)
- 30-60% erection
- 200 jelqs (1 hand repetitions)
- jelqs start deep into base
With these changes in my routine, i started to feel the pops about 2-3 weeks ago. @Jockinthebox does this additional info change anything in your theory or are these pops a good sign that I am just pumping in more blood?
What do you mean by '
you will likely be able to see these "bumps" with regularity'.? Are you implying taht my penis will gain new bumps as i become more conditioned? Will i always feel these pops or will they go away?
