Read Kingpoles post about this and it is one of the major injuries. There is no pain just cold glans going on until today (second day). I did a 10 min warm up and warm down before and after JP90. Felt no pain in my stretches and jelqs.
What might have caused this?
What can i do to speed up the recovery process so i can continue on my PE exercises? Thanks.
