New to the forums but I've been looking around the site for a few weeks. I've always been self conscious about my length even though I know it's average. I can blame my former porn addiction to that self consciousness. I've considered trying PE but there is a lot of negative disinformation out there. I recently decided to really try after talking to a guy about his success with the bathmate. I started by doing weeks of research and came across this site. I've done stretching and jelqing in the past but not any type of regular routine. I'm excited and motivated to make this work. I'd like to gain at least an inch (ideally 2) to length and .25 to. 50 inches girth. Did my first workout yesterday and can't wait to see this routine to completion.
