Sorry if it's in the wrong section, I couldn't think of a better category

Been to countless urologists and dermatologists in the past 3 years but they couldn't find anything, They just sent me to psychiatrist...
I have some sort of pain in the right side of my penis head. It has varying degrees of pain, sometimes it hurts a lot, sometimes less, sometimes it doesn't.

It mostly tends to hurt when I'm sitting down or running for very long periods of time.

In the past I used to do those PE exercises, jelq, stretches so that's why I thought it would be better to ask you guys if you have ever experienced this type of pains.

When I wake up in the morning it tends not to hurt that much, maybe because I was sleeping and staying in a horizontal position not applying any kind of pressure to the penis or prostate or surrounding region.

I don't know if it's me noticing it now or if it was here for a very long time, but the right side of the penis head, the side that hurts it's a bit bigger then the left side of the penis head. I started touching, trying to see if it's anything unusual in there and I found a hard "rice like" bump that tends to spread like a cord from inside the head or between the "corpus spongiousm" and "corpus carvenous" along the urethra on the underside of my penis. Basically ti starts somewhere in the head and it tends to go toward the base of the penis along the urethra..

They keep telling me it's not cancer or HPV that could turn in cancer because there are no sores or lessions on the penis, but if i squeeze the penis head a bit I can see something popping out from under the penis head. Imagine where the shaft meats the head, I feel like a have that bump in there. Could it be a vein, a cyst, peyronie disease since it's painful...

I just want to move on, because as it stands I am very afraid and it's messing up with my life, my ability to work, interact with others...

The bump seems to be present there all the time and it doesn't seem to go away, either flaccid or erect.

Please help me, I'm scared....

P.S. I will do a penile ultrasound in a couple of days. I really had to inisit and ask the doctors to do it becaue they think I don't have any problem what so ever, since they can't see anything being wrong with my penis.

Thanks for reading.

I moved this to the injuries forum so that hopefully someone with some experience on the matter can give you some advice.

IMO, you know your body best, and if it's been this long and things still don't feel right then I think you have every right to push your doctor to keep investigating.

Good luck
