Be careful, this is one serious routine. I love the structure of it, how long does this take you per session? How long have you been doing PE?

Yeah, I'm being cautious. When I feel something hurting continuously, I stop immediately and I'm done for the day. It takes one hour give or take a few minutes. I've done a little PE before I joined PEGYM. It was mostly just OK wet jelqs. But I stopped relatively quickly, because I didn't have the time. Then I just recently started near the end of June.

REST DAY

NOTES:
Took a rest day. I measured my penis and saw that my BPEL was 6.45 inches and my NBPEL was 5.8 inches. And EG grew a little more than 4.5 inch. (Need to measure again)

I will measure again to make sure these measurements were accurate.
