hi guys. yesterday i start my beginers routine with 10min warm up. 6min stretch. 10min wet jelq. i hav a problem on jelq because when my dick is erected for about 50% then i jelq some it goes back to being flaccid again and to get back erected i will watch some PONR to get erected again on 50%.i follow the 10min jelq but not continous because of my problem. So my question is, can you give me a beginners jelq repititi0n so i can focus on it and not overwork my dick. Thanks . . !
