Ok i have been doing PE for 2 days now and i have been doing 150 jelqs and the v strech for 30, and left,right,up and down for 30 seconds each. also i have been warming up for maybe 15 mins, i have been doing them right and im never too erect to do jelqs im always like 30-40% errect when doing it so can someone tell me why is my penis hanging low now, also when im errect i cant even tell i use to be hard as a rock.
