Last week was the first week that I started a beginners routine and after the first 2 sessions things seemed pretty cool. But after my last session I noticed my penis getting a little tender and afterwards I saw that I had some sore spots. Also during the Jelq I had a hardtime getting myself erect. Here is my routine please help.. I'm going to just chill out until I can get some advice form you experts out there.
I do all this inthe morning while preparing for my shower.
~~7-8 minute warm up with a warm towel
~~I stretch my penis straight out for 30 seconds holding a kegel from the 10-20 second count, then I do a helicopter rotation from the base to the right 5 times and then to the left 5 times. And I repeat his process for an up, right, down and left possition.
~~Then I do wet jelq's in the shower with soap (which might be the problem). I do 50 jelq's where both hands equal one rep.
I would do this 2 days on and 1 day off.
Also through out the day I do 50, 2 second kegals.
And that ends my routine.
Other concerns I have are slight muscle pain (same pain you get in chest and arms after a good workout) in groin area. Maybe from Kegels?
Also would you recomend taking male enhancement pills while doing PE?
