    Hey guys,

    I'm wondering if anyone here is willing to take me on as a special case study.. any of the experts who have the time to take me on as a 100% commited guinea pig, contacting via PM, EMAIL, hell.. even phone if I have to

    Here's what's up..

    I'm young.. 20, haven't had morning wood since I was probably 15.. I get morning wood maybe 1 or 2 times a month now.. and the eq is like a 5/10.. my friend stayed the night and I could see his in the morning ripping out at like a 10/10. I was so embarassed that I never get that

    My erections are always sub par.. 6 ot 7.. basically enuff for penetration.. but here is the kicker.. if I'm not completley comfortable w the girl I can't even get a 4/10eq.. can't even have sex.. my physical ed turns into worse case becuz of psychological.

    My size has always been good. 7.5bpel now.. would love to have skin tearing hard ons so I can actually use it.

    This really screws up my sex life.. I'm only 20 and I fear I'm gonna be depressed forever cause of this.. I can't even sleep w new girls becuz of my terrible eq.. thank god I love eating psy

    Tried every herb/vitamin known 2 man. Green tea, ginseng, tribulus, horny goat weed, l arginine, gingko, I'm not throwing any more $ in the garbage.

    Doc gave me sample viagra.. didn't do much cept gimme a runny nose n headache. I had an easier time achieving erection, but it wasn't any better of an erection than before

        Your basic PE exercises will improve your EQ.

        Pick up a routine and you should begin to see an improved quality in your erections.

        Don't forget to kegel and you may even to incorporate some edging - this involves maintaining an erection for an extended period of time and will improve your bloodflow.

          I would advise on making stamina and EQ your priority. When you can edge for 20 minutes straight with a rock hard erection the whole time, your stamina/EQ issues should be well taken care of. As concerned as you sound about it, you may even want to put any enlargement work on the back burner for now and just focus solely on stamina/EQ.

            Size isn't a problem. I can bottom out from most positions.. no need to wear a life jacket if you can touch in the deep end.

            Eq is my priority. I just hear these things about smooth muscle, limiting factor, etc and I don't know where to start. I edge quite a bit. It seems like my dick only gets rock hard at the time of ejaculation.

            I've done some kegeling, towel raises, etc but eq improvement was minimal and didn't last longer than a few days. I see my friends it made me so embarassed. I watch porn I see guys who have the hardest dicks.. I have to hold mine at the base to insert it.

            I feel hopeless, as if I can't achieve what they have.. my size is fine. I need strength now.

            Supplements do not work for me, as stated.

            Big al, anyway you'd be willing to put together a personalized EQ stamina routine for me and we could talk about my rsesults every other week or so via pm? I am willing to give you b4 and after pics as well if that will help you in any way

                Dude,

                Rule #1: Relax. Your erections are 90% psychological. If you're messed up about your dick, then you wont have a good EQ.

                #2: Kegel 3-4 days a week.

                #3: Jelq

                #4: dont masturbate for extended periods of time. this makes your balls accumulate cum and testosterone.

                ED can also be a sign of diabetes. Are you overweight? Do you exercise regularly? Do you eat properly? You have to make sure you do.

                  Exercise very regularly.. I'm very fitness oriented and extremley educated on the topic so I'm doing it correct.. sux, I know how to get big hard muscles but not a big hard dick! Lol.

                  Diabetes runs in the fam, have experienced light headedness and low blood sugar levels in the past.. but not often at all.. once every few months. I once thot I had very mild diabeties, but not even sure if that's possible.. asked for blood tests and doc said I was fine.

                  I also have been tested about 7 or 8 times for testosterone and other sex hormone levels.. was always on the low side of the avg scale and twice fell in the "below normal" level, but never low enough that the doc felt comfortable doing anything about it.

                    That is called pre diabetes and you need to take care of this issue first then the erections will come. But lets get the blood sugar stable. Im sure you have heard about the mineral Chromium Picllinate? And that it does not work bla bla bla bla. Well the lack of the mineral is why we Americans are fast becoming diabetic. You can not get in your food anymore because it does not igsist in American soil. American soil has been depleted of Chromium Picolinate. 400mcg of Chromium Picolinate per day will help you keep from getting stark diabetes.

                    Now lets address the hypoglycemic issue. Sometimes this is due to a bit of hypothyroidism. hypothyroidism is a leading cause of ED. If you find yourself with cold hands and feet even in a warm room or enviroment then you best get to the doctor and have a thyroid function test done.

                    When thyroid levels are low then the testosterone levels drop as well. Even with green tea as the source to raise test levels this can take a few months. Have you tried Genseng?

                    I bet your blood pressure is very very low? You probably have to work up a sweat just to get it up to 120/60. I also bet your pulse is below 60 as well and likely shallow and weak?

                    To be truthfully honest i think morning woods are hassle. Once in a great while i get one if i watch porn or take horny goat weed.
