hey all, did this jelqing and exercising for about 3 months and saw no gains at all, did 2 days on 2 days off then did friday and saturday on then took sunday off, i saw no gains at all.
i was strectching for 10-15minutes
and jelqing for 15 minutes in different directions.
i would like to get back into, but might need a bit ov guidance from the more experienced guys on here.
any advice and a routine would be good for me so then i can commit to it
