hey guys, i just got into PE about a month ago. did 300 wet jelqs for the first 2 weeks, now i started a new thing:

warm up: 5 mins in a hot cup of water
followed by
200 regular jelqs
100 to the right
100 to the left
100 regular

then i pump for 10 mins

cool down: 5 mins in a cup of hot water.

i do this all while being 25-60% errect.

5 days a week.
what kind of gains can i expect and within what time period?

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I'd have to throw it out there and say that it looks like you're doing way too many jelqs. Maybe follow JonPop's routine?

Also, maybe as you're going to be doing alot less jelqing you could increase that warm-up time to maybe 10 mins?

Maybe 5 days straight is too much, I'm not entirely sure, but personally 2 days on/one day off or even 2 days on/2 days off seem more logical as it gives your penis time to repair itself.

Less is more, I believe. Don't over-train and hurt yourself.

Yeah, I would highly recommend starting out with Jon Pops 90 day routine. The amount of Jelqs you are doing to start out is just WAY TOO many. Im sure some of the experienced experts do not do anywhere close to that many Jelqs. One of things preached here is less is more. And one of the things I preach in life and PE is quality over quantity. Your routine definitely needs some stretching in there.

Hope that helps,
