So I am planning to start PE routine next week, I've been doing a lot of research on the topic trying to find the absolute best possible way to start.
I came across Leo Longevity's youtube channel in which he recommends not jeqling and focusing on hanging for 2 - 6 months before moving on to pumping.
What are your guy's thoughts on this?
I see a lot of people posting about the JP90 routine and getting good results from it.
