Hey all, First of all, wow excellent site, big up guys!!
My story, I was just under 7" and thick enough kinda (it did me well no complains unless I was drunk)
I didn't masterbate for 6 months during lockdown. Started to date a girl 6 weeks ago.

No its not a mistake, the penis hadn't been touched in 6 months, no blood flow for 6 months. That's the point.. Measurements are all correct.

Hey Dave!

Welcome to the Gym.

Also, pull the plug on your lady friend, just under 6” is well within the average range. If she says it is not big enough, she has been dating too many porn stars.

However, It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Fitness level is shot mate to be honest, I box and was due in the ring in August, so then I was fit as a butchers dog. Since the event was cancelled I've stopped training, stopped running, weights , bags etc.. So yes very unfit at the moment man.
