  • PE and sex life.

    How do you guys keep doing both? I have started to face difficulties in this subject. PE is going just fine with vacuum hanging, air pumping and traction wrapping but all those makes my penis exhausted and ofcourse little sore.

    All those things have a direct impact to my sex life with my lady. I don't find sex with my lady (and/or porn) interresting anymore, erections are harder to achieve and maintain. That is unless i take a couple of days break from PE. Taking a break normalizes the situation but there's a problem right there. How can i keep getting gains if i keep taking all these breaks all the time?

    I use vac hanger 3x20mins a day with approx 3kg weights. After that i usually use air pump for one hour.

    Am i over training? Should i take a longer break from PE (like couple of weeks?) and then continue only with hanger and put the airpump aside? Length first, girth after that, right? I don't want to stop PE but it's not worth throwing away a good sex life with my dear lady coz of dick stretching

    How do i solve this? All comments are welcome but i sure hope there's someone who has faced this same problem and is ready to tell how he solved the situation.

    My first thought is you may be over training.

    I've been on the PE train for years. Even when I was doing more intense training I was still able to nail the wife. I was getting 2~3 erections a day, never had a problem with getting it up, always had 2 days off a week and made decent gains.

      Yeah you're over training. Been there done that. My happy training schedule is Monday/Wednesday/Friday. So that means I'm only working out 3 out of 7 days of the week.
      I almost think my penis has a mind of it's own because when I over train (or even when I have an intense session) for ther next 6-12 hours my penis is like "No way, I need some rest man."
      Rest is more crucial, IMO, than training. It's true for bodybuilders and the mechanism of action is the same so it is also true for PE.

        PE should be enhancing your sex life! If this isn't the case, you're overtraining!

          I agree with the others. If I were you I would look at building rest days into your routine, not necessarily stopping altogether for a while. 2 on/1 off works for some. 5 on/2 off has worked for me in the past. Currently, my wife and I can really only make it work on weekends, so I've been hitting it hard Mon-Wed, then resting on Thur-Fri, and performance has been great on Sat-Sun!

            I took one week break from PE and sex. That seemed to solve my problem. Now i get easily rock hard erection that lasts as long as i want.

            Today continued my PE program only with vac hanger and traction wrapping.
            I shall go like this
            1st week daily 3x20min sets with 2kg weigth.
            2nd week daily 4x20min sets with 2kg weigth
            3rd week daily 3x20min sets with 2.3kg weigth
            4th week daily 4x20min sets with 2.3kg weigth
            ...etc etc. You see the pattern.
            Ofcourse there are couple of rest days every week. Later in the future i will start to add more sets as well.

            Airpump and bathmate are now put aside. I continue with those when i reach my moderate length goal which is 18cm erect length. That should not be too much since my BPEL is already about 16cm??

            Here's the guestion:
            When i reach desired length, what then? Do i just quit PE or should i continue with some sort of lighter version of PE to maintain my gains or what? I planned to hit the pumps again when i'm 18cm long but are those enough to maintain my gains? And will those give also girth?

              And other thing that also makes me wonder is traction wrapping. I think i'm already good at it. I use self adhesive bandages. I don't cut circulation from the glans, it stays warm and normal in color. I can urinate normaly. Whole penis feels good. But.. within hour or two i start feeling mild fatique. Is wrapping supposed to do that?

              How i wrap? Like this:
              - i take string and tie a loop behind my glans and then tie the other end of the string to where ever i can and then slowly stretch my penis so that i can start wrapping it with both hands. Technique is good coz i can do very firm and high quality wrappings every time coz both my hands are in use. Then i just remove the loop and string..

              Wrapped flacid penis, but longer coz of the stretching before the wrapping.

              Should i feel fatique? Should i not stretch it before wrapping?
