  • Recently discovered PE but looking for a better community

    I recently (about a month ago) discover PE over on good looking loser. The forum there has not been very good to me. I sort of think that site is really just a marketing site and unfornately I believe I got sucked. Anyway here I am with 1 week of PE under my belt a bathmate pump and phallosan forte.

    Over there they got me wearing the Phallosan at yellow tension, which doing some reading might be a lot but feels fine, and I am following the bathmate routine which currently has me pumping for 8 minutes every other day, full pressure, completely flaccid. Each week the time and or erection level increases following that plan.

    There is also a manual stretching and jelqing routine I did for one week before my devices arrived but since the devices arrived I have only used them because at the end of the day after my first week my dick feels like it has had enough. Haha.

    Just finished 4hrs in the phallosan and tonight before bed I will be doing a bathmate session.

      Be sure to check out some of the routines and safety guidelines in the Start Here section just to gain additional perspective. It's highly encouraged to start a progress log as well. Just stick to something for a couple months and then evaluate if it's working or not for you. It may take a few tries before you hit your stride just don't go constantly changing things because PE takes time to see real results.

          Welcome to the Gym

          It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

          Your dick responds better to devices after it has been conditioned.

          It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

          Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

          Go easy on your devices for the next few months

          Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
