EQ and Male Enhancement: Ask The Experts

EQ and Male Enhancement: Ask The Experts

Big Al, of MaleEnhancementCoach.com, answers questions about EQ and Male Enhancement.

If you have questions you’d like answered in an Ask the Experts article, please PM Big Al.

Q. Why do you stress EQ so much in your training philosophy?

What if my stamina is already good? Can I do away with performing the recommended stamina exercises?

Al: EQ or Erection Quality is a combined measure of stamina and hardness. This stat measures the literal life blood of the penis. It’s a useful stat for checking many aspects of male enhancement development in addition to mere stamina and hardness- like conditioning, mind state (when taken in conjunction with other stats) and whether or not a training break is recommended.

You can have great EQ, but if you’re looking to maximize your size gains then you’ll need to do what you can to get your EQ as high as possible. This is even if your EQ is more than satisfactory for sexual performance. While some correlate EQ as being a factor in “newbie” gains (which it undoubtedly is), it needs to be understood the EQ is also a huge factor in achieving advanced trainee gains as well- see: Types of Gains in Penis Enlargement.

Maintaining high EQ is also important for maintaining size gains after you’ve achieved your enlargement goals.

Q. What can I do to get my EQ as high as possible?

Al: If you’re new to male enhancement training, then exercises like Kegels and edging/Stop and Starts will be very helpful. You should also take care to do what you can outside of male enhancement to maximize your EQ gains- namely: performing regular, intensive cardiovascular exercise, maintaining a heart healthy lifestyle, and taking care to do something to encourage positive emotional health.

For advanced stamina training, exercises like Towel Raises, Super Kegels, and the “Master Your Orgasms” exercise will be useful.

Premature Ejaculation, What Is It?

Premature Ejaculation

What Is It?

Published: February, 2020

This article is a repost which originally appeared on Harvard Health

Premature ejaculation occurs when a man reaches orgasm and ejaculates too quickly and without control. In other words, ejaculation occurs before a man wants it to happen. It may occur before or after beginning foreplay or intercourse. Some men experience a lot of personal distress because of this condition.

As many as one in five men experience difficulty with uncontrolled or early ejaculation at some point in life. When premature ejaculation happens so frequently that it interferes with the sexual pleasure of a man or his partner, it becomes a medical problem.

Several factors may contribute to premature ejaculation. Psychological problems such as stress, depression and other factors that affect mental and emotional health can aggravate this condition. However, there is growing evidence that biological factors can make some men more prone to experience premature ejaculation.

Rarely, premature ejaculation can be caused by a specific physical problem, such as inflammation of the prostate gland or a spinal cord problem.

Symptoms

The key symptoms of premature ejaculation include:

  • Ejaculation that routinely occurs with little sexual stimulation and with little control
  • Decreased sexual pleasure because of poor control over ejaculation
  • Feelings of guilt, embarrassment or frustration

Diagnosis

Premature ejaculation is diagnosed based on typical symptoms. To understand your problem, your doctor will need to discuss your sexual history with you. Be frank and open. The more your doctor knows, the better he or she can help you.

If your sexual history fails to reveal significant mental or emotional factors that may contribute to premature ejaculation, your doctor may want to examine you. Your doctor may examine your prostate or do neurological tests (tests of your nervous system) to determine if there is a physical problem that could be causing premature ejaculation.

Expected Duration

Sometimes, premature ejaculation goes away on its own over weeks or months. Working to relieve stress or other psychological issues may help the situation to improve.

Other men have lasting difficulties with premature ejaculation, and require professional help. Some men respond to treatment promptly, while others struggle with this problem over a prolonged period. Effective treatment is available.

Prevention

There is no known way to prevent premature ejaculation. However, you should consider the following advice:

  • Maintain a healthy attitude toward sex. If you experience feelings of anxiety, guilt or frustration about your sex life, consider seeking psychotherapy or sexual therapy.
  • Keep in mind that anyone can experience sexual problems. If you experience premature ejaculation, try not to blame yourself or feel inadequate. Try speaking openly with your partner to avoid miscommunication.

Treatment

Behavioral therapy is one possible approach for treating premature ejaculation. Most commonly, the “squeeze technique” is used. If a man senses that he is about to experience premature orgasm, he interrupts sexual relations. Then the man or his partner squeezes the shaft of his penis between a thumb and two fingers. The man or his partner applies light pressure just below the head of the penis for about 20 seconds, lets go, and then sexual relations can be resumed. The technique can be repeated as often as necessary. When this technique is successful, it enables the man to learn to delay ejaculation with the squeeze, and eventually, to gain control over ejaculation without the squeeze. Behavioral therapy helps 60% to 90% of men with premature ejaculation. However, it requires the cooperation of both partners. Also, premature ejaculation often returns, and additional behavioral therapy may be needed.

Another possible treatment is prescription medication that helps to delay ejaculation. Delayed orgasm is a common side effect of certain drugs, particularly those used to treat depression. This is true even for men who are not depressed. When this type of medication is given to men who experience premature ejaculation, it can help to postpone orgasm for up to several minutes. Drugs used for this type of treatment include selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as fluoxetine (Prozac), paroxetine (Paxil) or sertraline (Zoloft); and tricyclic antidepressants, such as clomipramine (Anafranil).

Some men with premature ejaculation may benefit from drugs called phosphodiesterase inhibitors, such as sildenafil (Viagra), vardenafil (Levitra), and tadalafil (Cialis). A phosphodiesterase inhibitor can be used alone or in combination with an SSRI. One drug should be started at a time, preferably at a low dose.

Some men with premature ejaculation also benefit from reducing the stimulation they experience during sex. A number of creams are available that can partially anesthetize (numb) the penis and reduce the stimulation that leads to orgasm. Another option is to use one or more condoms. However, these techniques may interfere with the pleasure experienced during sex.

When To Call a Professional

Speak with your doctor if you consistently ejaculate before you want to. Remember, one instance of premature ejaculation does not mean that you have a condition that requires treatment. Your doctor may refer you to a sex therapist if premature ejaculation is causing major problems in your sex life or personal relationships or if you would like to consider behavioral therapy.

Prognosis

Many men experience a brief period of premature ejaculation, then improve on their own. Even for men who require medical treatment, the outlook is usually good.

The Towel Raise

The Towel Raise

The Towel Raise is a great exercise for developing penile strength and rock hard erections. It’s essentially a weighted kegel, so don’t perform this movement until you’ve fully mastered the kegel.

With an erection, place a towel over the end of your penis. Try to lift your towel-covered penis by squeezing the PC muscle (as in kegels.) Start with 20 reps and work up to 100 reps 5 times a week.

As time goes by, you can add weight by using larger towels, or even by wetting the towel.

An advanced technique for Towel Raises would be to hold the towel in the up position for 10 to 20 seconds at a time. You should attempt to work up to 5 to 10 of these sustained repetitions.

L-Citrulline and L-Arginine: This One-Two Amino Acid Punch Can Improve Circulation—And Your Love Life!

Scientific studies show the combination of L-Citrulline and L-Arginine increases Nitric Oxide production for cardiovascular, immune boosting, and sexual health benefits!

This article is a repost which originally appeared on US Smart Publications

You have probably heard of the amino acid L-arginine, which is also called simply arginine. It is well known in the nutrition science community for its ability to increase nitric oxide production resulting in a wide variety of health benefits. But you probably have not heard much about its powerful amino acid cousin, L-citrulline, or just citrulline. If you eat at least six cups of watermelon every day then you’re getting an adequate dose of the amino acid citrulline. Citrulline’s name is actually derived from the Latin word for watermelon—citrullus—because it was first isolated from the fruit in 1930.1

What does L-Citrulline and L-Arginine do?

Together they help:

– Support cardiovascular health by boosting nitric oxide production and helping blood flow more easily throughout the body

– Support healthy blood pressure and boost the immune system

– Detoxify the liver and eliminate ammonia from the body

– Improve sexual stamina and enhance recovery from an intense workout

Who might benefit from taking a supplement containing
both citrulline and arginine?

– Anyone who wants to support healthy blood pressure Individuals who want to avoid angina (chest pain)

– Individuals who want to avoid leg pain due to poor blood circulation

– Anyone who wants protection from heart attack and stroke

– Men suffering from erectile dysfunction

– Athletes who want a faster recovery

How are citrulline and arginine related?

As soon as citrulline enters the kidney, vascular endothelium and other tissues, it is converted into arginine. Plasma and tissue levels of arginine increase, which is necessary for the production of nitric oxide and relaxation of blood vessels. An additional benefit of supplemental citrulline is that it helps eliminate ammonia, a highly toxic substance, from the liver.

Will citrulline and arginine help my sex life?

The answer is yes. Arginine has been well studied for its ability to enhance sexual satisfaction. Both men and women report longer and more intense orgasms when their intake of arginine increases. Additionally, arginine is often used by men to achieve long lasting and harder erections. Since citrulline is a precursor for arginine and arginine is a precursor to nitric oxide, you can combine the two for enhanced sexual pleasure and vascular health.

But you’re probably not eating six cups of watermelon every day, and actually it isn’t recommended. Watermelon is high in fructose (fruit sugar) and it’s a natural diuretic, so you’d be spending a whole lot of time in the bathroom.

In addition to watermelon, citrulline is found in cucumbers and cantaloupe, at very low levels, as well as the milk protein casein. But since it is a nonessential amino acid, you don’t have to rely on getting citrulline from food. It is manufactured from other nutrients in your body, however, you only manufacture it if you are young and healthy and producing those other essential nutrients in adequate amounts!

The citrulline and arginine combination plays an essential role in your body

Citrulline, like arginine, is important in vasodilation, the widening of blood vessels, resulting from relaxation of smooth muscle cells within the vessel walls, especially in the large arteries and veins and smaller arterioles.

The endothelium (inner lining) of blood vessels uses nitric oxide to signal the surrounding smooth muscle to relax. This results in a relaxing of the blood vessels, and increased blood flow.

In the body, citrulline is converted to the amino acid arginine, which goes on to make another important substance—nitric oxide. When citrulline enters the kidney, vascular endothelium and other tissues, it can be readily converted to arginine, thus raising plasma and tissue levels of arginine and enhancing nitric oxide production.2

The importance of nitric oxide to healthy blood flow

As stated, nitric oxide is integral to relaxing blood vessels which is necessary for healthy blood flow to the heart and genital area in both men and women, and throughout the body. Nitric oxide helps the blood vessels maintain their flexibility so that the blood flow is unrestricted. This, in turn, helps maintain healthy blood pressure, and a healthy sexual response.

When your vascular system is working efficiently there is less chance that a blood clot will form, which means there is less chance of having a heart attack or stroke.

Nitric oxide helps prevent blood clots because it prevents blood aggregation or platelets from becoming sticky. When platelets are not sticky they can move in a single file through the capillaries.

But if they are sticking together it’s like trying to move a dozen people through a crack in the wall. There is nowhere for the platelets to go, so a blood clot forms.

Additionally, nitric oxide works as an antioxidant that reduces the possibility of immune cells adhering to artery walls. This helps keep down inflammation,
which most health professionals agree is a major cause of the plaque formation that contributes to atherosclerosis.

What inhibits adequate nitric oxide production?

– People who have atherosclerosis, diabetes or hypertension (high bloodpressure) often show impaired nitric oxide pathways.3

– Over-consumption of salt can impair nitric oxide production.4

– Aging—as we get older there is a decrease in nitric oxide production because the body makes less citrulline and arginine.5

Boosting nitric oxide production with nutritional supplements

Supplemental arginine helps the body produce more nitric oxide, and it helps with conditions that improve when blood vessels are relaxed, such as atherosclerosis and intermittent claudication (difficulty walking due to pain in leg muscles because of inadequate blood supply).

Even more importantly, new studies are showing that supplemental citrulline also assists in nitric oxide production by boosting blood levels of arginine. It does this because it is more readily absorbed and bioavailable than arginine alone, and it bypasses metabolism in the liver and gastrointestinal tract and is readily absorbed in the kidneys.6, 7

Citrulline and arginine scientific studies

In the first study to show that oral supplementation with citrulline raises blood levels of arginine, 20 healthy volunteers were given 6 different dosing regimens of placebo, citrulline, and arginine.

After one week of oral supplementation, the citrulline dose increased plasma arginine concentration more effectively than arginine alone.8

A study in humans also showed the citrulline supplementation’s “time release” effect on arginine production. In this study an oral dose of 3.8 grams of citrulline resulted in a 227% peak increase in plasma arginine levels after 4 hours, compared with a 90% peak increase with the same dose of arginine.7,9

Thus, acute oral administration of citrulline appears to be considerably more efficient at raising plasma levels of arginine over the long term than arginine itself.7

Reduces blood pressure

In another recent study, citrulline supplementation was shown to reduce blood pressure in 17 young (average age 21.6 years) men with normal blood pressure after they were submitted to a cold pressor test (CPT). (A cold pressor test is a cardiovascular test done by having the subject immerse his hand into a bucket of ice water for one minute. Blood pressure and heart rate are then evaluated.)

Even more importantly, new studies are showing that supplemental citrulline also assists in nitric oxide production by boosting blood levels of arginine.

The men were randomly assigned to four weeks of oral citrulline (6 grams/day) or placebo in a crossover design. Blood pressure was measured after the blood pressor test. The results showed that compared to placebo, oral citrulline decreased brachial systolic blood pressure (-6 +/- 11 mm Hg), aortic systolic blood pressure (-4 +/- 10 mm Hg), and aortic pulse pressure (-3 +/- 6 mm Hg) during CPT but not at rest, suggesting improved production of nitric oxide under stress.10

Boosts immune system function

Citrulline’s beneficial effects on nitric oxide were also demonstrated in a group of male professional cyclists who took 6 grams of oral citrulline before a race. Researchers found that the racers’ levels of arginine increased, as well as their neutrophil immune cells.11

Citrulline’s enhancement of immunity may benefit endurance athletes as it has long been noted that immune defenses drop after an intense athletic event, increasing susceptibility to infection.12
Pharmaceutical drugs that stimulate nitric oxide production

Of course “Big Pharma” has developed a number of drugs that work to increase the production of nitric oxide in the body, but as usual they don’t work with the body like natural amino acids do and they are loaded with side effects.

Nitroglycerin and amyl nitrite serve as vasodilators because they are converted to nitric oxide in the body.

Sildenafil citrate, popularly known as Viagra®, stimulates erections primarily by enhancing signaling through the nitric oxide pathway in the penis.

But as mentioned, these drugs come with a long list of side effects, including headache, vision impairment, flushing, and rare but serious effects including heart attack and stroke.

Taking supplemental citrulline in combination with arginine is a great way to relax your blood vessels and avoid plaque build-up without drug side effects.
What to look for in a supplement

For each gram consumed, citrulline is more effective at raising nitric oxide levels (in vascular endothelium) than arginine alone. This is because approximately 50% of the arginine gets converted into other amino acids by the intestines and the liver. As the conversion of citrulline to arginine is not immediate, arginine will provide faster results.

As a convenient daily supplement in capsule form, citrulline is the best choice. This is because 6 grams (6,000 miligrams) of arginine is required to gain benefits. For those wanting to avoid swallowing a hand full of capsules, look for an arginine drink mix. Avoid pure arginine powder as the taste is awful, and the pH can burn the throat.

Taken together, you can get an immediate boost of nitric oxide production from the arginine, while allowing the citrulline time to produce additional arginine, for prolonged nitric oxide production.

This one-two punch of arginine and citrulline is a promising treatment for cardiovascular disease involving arginine deficiencies, reduced nitric oxide availability, and vascular dysfunction.

Together, citrulline and arginine supplementation is a natural and safe means of providing your body arginine, both short and long term. This combination can increase the natural production of nitric oxide, help reduce your chances of having a heart attack or stroke, boost your immune system, and improve your love live, all without the side effects of pharmaceutical drugs.

Speeding Up Size & Improving Erection Quality – Ask the Experts

Male Enhancement Coach - Big Al

Big Al, of MaleEnhancementCoach.com, answers questions about speeding up size and improving erection quality in this Ask the Experts article.

If you have questions you’d like answered in an Ask the Experts article, please PM Big Al.

Q. I’m looking to add some supplements to my training…

…and wanted to know what ones are the best for making big gains?

Big Al: For EQ & libido, I highly recommend Yohimbe. This one has side effects if you have high blood pressure or suffer from regular headaches, so a fair alterrnative would be Maca or Epimedium. L-Arginine and L-Citrulline are good for pre-workout or pre-sexual contact potency.

For genitourinary health, Vitamin E and Zinc are essential;

For topical healing, arnica is excellent; and

For venous sufficiency, Ruscogenin AKA “Butcher’s Broom” is very good.

Q. I train 4 days a week and love it!

…What can I do when I’m not training to help speed up the gains?

Big Al: The best thing you can do is to follow a heart healthy lifestyle. This means eating, training and taking care of yourself in a way which fosters maximum cardiovascular ability.

If you’re new to cardiovascular training, the easiest method of improving is to engage in (to your abilities) long distance walking. Start by attempting to walk for 30 minutes straight using a moderate pace. As you become more proficient, you’ll maintain the time but speed up the pace. If you like lower impact alternatives, swimming, cycling, and rollerblading/skating are just a few alternatives.

Diet-wise, you should be consuming plenty of fibrous vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats (think olive and fish oil), and keep the sugars and starches to a minimum.

You should also consider meditative training if you find yourself suffering from stress. STRESS is perhaps the #1 cause of erectile dysfunction among all men.

Q. I’m just interested in training for EQ gains but I like jelqing…

…I don’t want to hurt myself either or cause my EQ to suffer, so how should I continue to jelq and still gain EQ?

Big Al: I first heard about the jelq a while before I had ever accessed the internet. It was in a sexual health book, and the author described it as a “milking” exercise. The purpose outlined in the book for this exercise wasn’t for enlargement, but to help train the penis to become erect.

The LIGHT jelq can be conducive to better EQ, and few exercises are better from transitioning from a “Stamina Only” regimen to a full routine. The keyword here is “light”. Use just enough force to feel the exercise.

Generic Viagra Comes to Your Wallet’s Rescue: Happy 20th Birthday, Viagra!

generic viagra

generic viagraThe ever-increasing price for erectile dysfunction drugs is a serious problem for tens of thousands of men. When a single-dose of 10 mg Viagra can cost $60 or more… well, it can seriously impact your sex life.  Thank goodness, generic Viagra has come to market and is saving men a lot of money.

Why Do Erectile Dysfunction Drugs Cost So Much?

NOTE: For the purpose of this section, let’s set aside the occasional nefarious price-gouging the pharmaceutical industry does on medications, and instead just focus on the reasonable (but still high) costs of ED drugs.

why do erectile dysfunction drugs cost so much

Let’s start this discussion with why erectile dysfunction drugs are so expensive, and really, why every name brand drug is so expensive.  Pharmaceutical companies, obviously, put millions and millions of dollars into the development of a drug. Oftentimes, these drugs never come to market, for numerous reasons. So, for every drug that comes to market – it has to pay for all of the other drugs that were just big sinkholes of money.

Now, compound this need to recover lost R&D costs on other failed products with the liability pharmaceutical companies endure with each and every drug they sell. Like the medical industry in general, costs have skyrocketed over the last couple of decades due to an increasingly litigious society. Those costs of lawsuits – both won and lost – have to be covered as well.

Lastly, a prescription’s protection is only for a finite length. Patent protection for a brand name drug, like Viagra, is only 20 years. After that time, other manufacturers can make the drug. So, they only have that short time span when they stand unchallenged – and smartly try to make as much profit as possible during that time.

Enter Generic Viagra – Happy 20th Birthday Viagra!

happy birthday viagra generic viagraOn March 27th, 1998, Pfzier Pharmaceuticals was given FDA approval to sell the infamous “little blue pill”. Now, 20 years later, that patent protection is gone and generic Viagra, Sildenafil, has come to market.

The result?

A HUGE savings!

Generic Viagra is available now for $10 or less per dose, at your local pharmacy here in the states. That’s less than the hourly rate for a babysitter!  OK, it’s still not super-cheap, but it’s far more affordable than $60!

Now, having sex three times a week will only cost you a the average monthly credit card payment and not a mortgage on a small house.

Eat These to Help Prevent Erectile Dysfunction

Strawberries and Blueberries help prevent erectile dysfunction

Strawberries and Blueberries help prevent erectile dysfunctionWe all know nutrition is important. We literally are what we eat. I recently attended a nutritional seminar and the underlying point was pretty obvious — many of our diseases and other health concerns are due to our poor nutritional choices, as well as the additives that go into our processed foods today.

One component of nutrition that was focused upon was flavonoids. Flavonoids are the nutrients responsible for the color in our fruits. They make blueberries blue and raspberries red. Most importantly, flavonoids have excellent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. Now, a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition has found a diet rich in these high-flavonoid fruits can help decrease the risk of erectile dysfunction.

The study, conducted by researchers from the University of East Anglia and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, takes the application of these powerful foods one step farther than before.

“We already knew that intake of certain foods high in flavonoids may reduce the risk of conditions including diabetes and cardiovascular disease,” said lead author Aedin Cassidy in a press release, as reported by Fox News. “This is the first study to look at the association between flavonoids and erectile dysfunction, which affects up to half of all middle-aged and older men.

strawberries erectile dysfunctionIt was found that men who regularly ate foods high in flavonoids, even just a few times per week, were 14 percent less likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction. The researchers focused on the top five sources of  flavonoids (anthocyanins, flavones, and flavanones):

  • Strawberries,
  • Blueberries,
  • Red wine,
  • Apples/pears, and
  • Citrus

More than 50,000 middle-aged and older men were surveyed about their sexual health and their diet, since 1986. Physical activities were also taken into consideration, including: physical activity, body weight, caffeine intake, and smoking habits. They found that more than 1/3 of the men surveyed suffered from some level of erectile dysfunction. However, those who had a high-fruit based diet demonstrated a lower rate of ED.

“Erectile dysfunction is often an early barometer of poor vascular function and offers a critical opportunity to intervene and prevent cardiovascular disease, heart attack, and even death,” said senior study author Eric Rimm, in a release. “Men with erectile dysfunction are likely to be highly motivated to make healthier lifestyle choices, such as exercising more and eating the right foods — which would greatly benefit their long-term cardiovascular health as well.”

Where is the G-Spot?

condoms for her pleasure textured condoms

g-spotThe G-spot.

Often thought to be a myth. The G-spot is nearly as elusive as Bigfoot.

If you haven’t found your partner’s G-spot, don’t feel bad. Many women don’t even know where it is, in fact, over half, when surveyed, didn’t think they even had one!

Hopefully, this post will help demystify the G-spot, and help you and your partner find it.

What is the G-Spot?

where is the g-spot orgasmAlso known as the Gräfenberg spot, the G-spot was named after gynecologist Ernt Gräfenberg. The G-spot is a female erogenous zone – an area that is highly sexually sensitized. Stimulation of this area can lead to deeply intense orgasms. In fact, some women experience female ejaculation (“squirting”) with a G-spot orgasm, due to the intensity.

Although there is debate on whether or not the G-spot exists, there has been physiologically evidence found, by ultrasound, in women who have reported having orgasms during vaginal intercourse. It has been theorized that the G-spot may actually be an extension of the clitoris.

Where is the G-Spot?

In the most general terms, the G-spot is located approximately 2 to 3 inches inside the vagina, at the top (anterior side) of the vaginal wall, inside the vaginal wall.  The area is bean-shaped and approximately the size of a dime, and is characterized by a bumpy-ish, rough texture.

Here’s how to find it:

  • GSpotHave your partner lie on their back.
  • Facing your partner, insert one or two fingers into their vagina, as far as it will easily go, fingertip(s) facing upward.
  • Crook your finger in a “come hither” motion, and slowly slide your finger toward the end of the vagina, feeling for the change in texture.
  • Remember, it’s only 2 to 3 inches inside the vagina.

Tips on Finding the G-Spot

Here are some tips to help you find the G-spot.

  • To locate the G-spot, first start off with foreplay. The G-spot grows with sexual stimulation, so it’ll be easier to find if your partner is aroused.
  • Be sure your hands are completely clean and your nails are trimmed short and filed smooth. A sharp, jagged nail is never a good feeling!
  • Take your time. If you’re having a hard time finding the G-spot, try more foreplay then look for it again.
  • Pay attention to your partner’s response. The G-spot is really sensitive, so many women will have a physical reaction (intake of breath, moan, etc.) when it’s stroked. Let your partner know you want them to communicate when they feel a sensitive area.
  • Use pressure. Remember, the G-spot is inside the vaginal wall, not on the outside, so it may take some pressure to stimulate it.
  • If you’re still having trouble, place the palm of your hand on the mons pubis, adding pressure from that area too.
  • Lastly, keep in mind that some women report not being “G-spot sensitive”. All women are unique, so even if your partner isn’t, she should definitely appreciate your effort in the attempt.

Once you’ve found the G-spot manually, stimulating it with your penis is best with maximum erection quality. Definitely check out this article, to get the hardest erections possible —

erectile dysfunction“But what if…”  A common line of questioning among those who suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED) as they pursue multiple potential causes of their ED- many with no actual relation to their specific issue.  That’s not to say there may not be a physical element involved, but the anxiety can make the ability to get an erection much worse.  These sufferers live in a state of perpetual anxiety dwelling over the uncertainties of their condition.  This new behavior appears to take a life of its own.

This emotional pain is added to their natural instincts- which, left alone, would allow their potency to manifest itself without any problems in a stimulating environment.  In cases of men who had satisfactory prowess before,.they longingly think of the times before they started seeing sex as something performance oriented.  This new fear is often leveraged as a convenient excuse to avoid attempting intimacy.  In severe cases where the subject has issues with negative self-perception, it can become a living nightmare.

Every healthy creature has the necessary power needed to perpetuate itself.  The more complex creatures show signs of variability in sexual behaviors not limited to mere coupling for satisfying procreational urges.  The idea of performance in the abstract is something learned.  We can self-induce a reduction of our potentials by “thinking” ourselves into limitation.  If one can think themselves into limitation, it stands to reason they ought to be able to do the reverse.  The problem is in attempting to “think” your way out of it.  This can lead to the scenarios played out in the above “but what if” scenarios.  If you’re stuck in an emotionally induced ED scenario, the way towards fixing is is through courage.

Thankfully, many men can shake off negative incidents and eventually progress enough emotionally to place sex into its proper context in their lives. This in a way can “immunize” you against bad performance anxiety.  In cases of severe emotional distress, professional help should be sought.

How much wiser will we be when we not only overcome these self-induced limitations, but when we’re able to reflect can on the causes of it and what we did to triumph.  A new perspective of understanding is gained.  The transition into wisdom is when we learn to see how most every human has thought themselves into some degree of self-limitation.  This is a point to consider not only in your sexual partners, but in every human being that you meet.

Once you acknowledge the power of courage in yourself, you can encourage others to do the same.
