Q. I’m very new to training but want to add more to accelerate growth.

In the past few weeks I’ve bought a pump and an extender. I can also train all day if needed. Where do I start?

Al: Training is very much a scientific experiment you’re performing upon yourself to discover what works best, and as with all good experiments, you’ll want to avoid changing too many variables at one time before we have enough data and time to note changes.

Q. Hi Al. When I train it’s good for a couple of weeks, then I see to lose all EQ. I just can’t seem to tolerate training more than 2 or 3 weeks before EQ crashes.

What am I doing wrong?

Al: To ensure you’re training in a way where you can maintain longer momentum, this is what we want: at the beginning of a cycle, your training volume and intensity should be as such to where your initial performances are well within your comfort zone. As the cycle progresses, your EQ and conditioning should continue to improve. It’s not until you get to the final week of the cycle where you should begin to note a plateau.

Training in the above manner will ensure you can keep training for weeks in an ever increasing manner.

Q. I’m getting ready to start on your 3×20 hanging program for hanging but want to make sure I get the most of of my hanging.

What can I do to make the hang more intense?

Al: Propping your feet up, leaning back, etc. are methods for making the stretch more intense, but higher intensity isn’t what you need at this time. For now, let’s use the standard seated off the edge of the chair without any adjustments as the baseline.

Q: What is EQ and how do I measure it?

Al: Erection Quality is a combined measure of stamina AND hardness.
A 0 would be complete impotence whereas a 10 would be YOUR ideal standard of stamina and hardness. You can use whatever standard you like to gauge EQ: workout performance, sexual activity, or even an average of it all- as long as it’s consistent.

A 7 is typically considered just hard enough for penetration, but still flexible.

Q. How come I’m really struggling with the idea of trusting emotional visualization to get erect.

Doing the exercises isn’t an issue for me but how I get erect direct is and I’m concerned about that.

Al: The above is the very reason you should practice Emotional Visualizations. Your struggling and concern are the items sought to be mastered with the exercise. The EV is where you learn to let go of struggles and concerns. Doing this during training will help you to develop a foundation which transfers over to sexual confidence and performance. Practiced individually and widely, it can also help to place sex into its proper context into people’s lives.

It may sound as if I’m overblowing the effects of the EV, but the benefits from and skills learned from that exercise will be of immense value to you!

Q. Thank you for recommending the kegels! I am noticing a difference in hardness and waking up at night with hard ons after one week.

You recommended starting off with 5 reps, but I felt I could do more, so I am adding 5 every day. I am up to 15 reps but it’s getting harder to do them now! What do you recommend that I do now with the reps?

Al: For the kegels- or any other exercise- you need to take care not to force your limits just yet! The reasoning behind this involves training momentum. If you pace your progress, you’ll be able to train for MUCH longer in a progressive manner. If you force a peak in your training too soon you’ll burn out very quickly (no training momentum).

The Kegels usually doesn’t lend itself to very rapid rep increases from an established baseline. I’d recommend you back off to ~10 reps or so and resume adding one rep per session. When you get to 20 resp total, add 2 reps per session.

But what about other men who weren’t so lucky? Well, they are likely to try to amend the situation whichever way they can.

If you’re one of those less fortunate men and are wondering how to make your penis bigger without surgery, you are in the right place. We have created a comprehensive guide to help you grow your confidence.

Tricks to Make Your Penis Look Bigger

When it comes to penises, appearances matter. Before you resort to some of the popular enlargement techniques, you should try a few things to make your penis look bigger.

First off, an overgrown bush in the pubic area can take away a precious inch or two from your pride and joy. Pick up a trimmer and shape up your pubic hair to prevent your penis from looking smaller than it actually is.

If you care about the appearance of your penis, excess weight – especially a beer belly – is also a definite no. In addition, some obese men also have excessive pubic fat that engulfs their penis almost completely. So if you’re chubby and unhappy with the size of your penis, you should refrain from all the foods that add the extra pound to your weight.

Exercise goes hand-in-hand with a sensible diet. While a gym routine cannot add extra inches, it can surely improve your performance. It gets your adrenaline going and opens up your blood vessels. As a result, you are likely to have stronger erections and better stamina.

Stretching

Penis stretching involves manual massage of the penis tissue with your hand. You move the hand along the penis length to create micro-tears and stretch the skin. As the tissue heals, it becomes swollen and makes the penis appear bigger.

There are also stretching exercises to improve the girth of your penis, with the so-called jelqing probably being the most popular. While jelqing, you pull the flaccid penis with your index finger and thumb. The aim is to boost the capacity of the erectile tissue and, in turn, increase the penis girth.

You should know that the effectiveness of stretching exercises is still largely based on anecdotal evidence. However, some men claim it has done wonders for their size.

How to Properly Do Stretching Exercises

Stretching exercises do come with some risk, so it’s crucial to get the technique right.

First, you should only do the exercises when your penis is flaccid. It is best to stand against a table or sit while exercising. You shouldn’t stretch more than two times a day. Also, you need to stop at the first sign of discomfort or pain.

Increasing the Length

There are two exercises you can do to increase the length of your penis.

Exercise 1

Hold the glans (the head) of your penis and stretch it upward for 10 seconds. Then pull the penis to the right for 10 more seconds and do the same to the left. Keep doing this for no more than 5 minutes and repeat the exercise two times a day.

Exercise 2

Again, hold the head of the penis and stretch it upward. At the same time, press down on the base of your penis (the area around the pubic region). Like in exercise 1, you hold it for about 10 seconds and repeat the process on the left and right side.

It’s important to apply pressure on the correct side of the base while pulling left and right. For example, pull left and you press the left side at the base of your penis.

You are allowed to do this exercise only once a day, no more than 2 minutes.

Increasing the Girth

As said, jelq exercises should help improve the girth of your penis.

Encircle the penis base with an O shape gesture using your thumb and index finger. Tighten the O shape gesture until you feel a gentle pressure and slowly move up to the penis head. If you feel discomfort or pain, loosen up the O shape gesture.

You can jelq once a day for up to half an hour.

Vacuum Pumps

The market seems to be flooded with different vacuum pumps that promise to help increase the penis size. There is very little scientific evidence about their effectiveness, but vacuum pumps are often used as a short-term impotence treatment for their ability to improve the blood flow in your penis.

Using a pump is quite simple. Place your penis in the air chamber and pump the air out. This action draws more blood into your penis and creates a stronger erection. Some pumps even include a clamp or a ring to secure the erection for enough time.

Traction Devices

Traction devices are contraptions that help you stretch out your penis. Compared to vacuum pumps, they are a bit more complicated to use and you need to be extra careful.

Put the flaccid penis into the device and secure the head with two notches. Fix a silicone tube around the penis shaft and gently pull from the bottom of the tube to stretch the penis out. Stop pulling as soon as you feel any discomfort.

You can leave the traction device on for a few hours, but it’s best to take things slowly at the beginning to avoid injury.

What Are the Risks?

Overdoing the exercises or overusing the devices may cause ligament and tissue damage. These injuries could impair your erection, so it’s best to be extra careful.

Some of the side effects may include discoloration and bruising, itching, numbness, and small red spots on the penis. In severe cases, penis pumps might cause a vein rupture. To avoid this, make sure to use your stretching device according to the instructions on the packaging.

If any of the symptoms don’t subside after a few days, you need to pay a visit to a doctor.

The Last Stretch

How to make your penis bigger without surgery? As you can see, there are several options to exercise your penis to the desired size. And if you are consistent, chances are you’ll be able to notice the difference in a few weeks or months.

No matter which method you opt for, you shouldn’t forget the potential risks that are involved. Take things slowly and stay alert for any side effects. If you fail to do so, your exercise routine might do your penis more harm than good.

Q. I’ve been doing some reading about hard gainers and a lot of them complain about a steel cord preventing them from making gains…

…I have a steel cord. Can I still make gains, and if so then how do I train to get them?

Big Al: Many complain about a “steel cord” atop the penis but this is actually known as a part of the penile anatomy known as the septum. It’s a typical part of the male anatomy and any healthy, intact human penis has one. Unless you have another penis you can compare yours to then assessing whether or not your septum is any more resistant to training is futile.

If you want to ensure you get the most out of your length training then do your best to focus on the feel of the stretches as you perform them. You should initially feel a stretch in the ligaments at the base of the penis. As the stretch progresses, the shaft itself should be felt to elongate.

Your post-session state should have your penis appearing elongated and only mildly tired- at most.

Q. I notice in a lot of your advice you don’t make mention of keeping the penis stretched out in an extended state so it can heal longer

…Why is that? Don’t you believe in doing this to make the penis longer?

Big Al: It’s been my experience that recommending additional activity like applying an extender or ADS to an already challenging routine usually causes overtraining. That being said, a properly structured routine can benefit from applying an extender or ADS after stretches- as can be seen in where the “pre-exhaust” method is recommended.

Testing this method out before prolonged application is a must!

What are Penis Enlargement Creams?

Penis enlargement creams, sometimes known as male enhancement creams, are topical creams applied to the penis. They usually include vasodilator ingredients as well as moisturizing ingredients. To be sold over the counter, these ingredients need to be natural/herbal.

The vasodilators encourage bloodflow to the penis. This increased bloodflow can temporarily give you a larger and harder erection and a larger flaccid penis. However, the keyword there is – temporary.

This increased bloodflow isn’t enough to create the microtears needed, for permanent growth. But, these creams are good if you want a temporary boost.

Penis enlargement creams may not result in permanent penis enlargement, but they can be good for after workout care. The increased blood in the penis can help encourage new cellular growth, after you’ve performed penis exercises, like jelqing or penis stretching.

DIY Male Enhancement Cream RecipeI’m going to start this post with the fact that I hate the term “penis enlargement cream.” I think it’s misleading. And, I think there are too many unscrupulous manufacturers out there promising their cream is going to get you permanent penis enlargement results. The reality is penis enlargement creams are good at increasing bloodflow to the penis, which can give you a temporary size and erection hardness boost, but they alone do not result in permanent penis enlargement.

So, let’s call it male enhancement cream.

I think that’s more appropriate.

So, in addition to giving you a temporary size and hardness bump, thanks to vasodilators in the cream, male enhancement creams have moisturizers and can encourage cellular repair, after your penis exercises routine, to get the permanent results you want.

Of course you can buy pre-manufactured male enhancement creams, like VigRX Oil or ProSolution Gel, or, you can make your own!

DIY Male Enhancement Cream Recipe

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Always test your cream on a small patch of skin before using it in vast quantities. The inside of the wrist is usually a good test spot.
  • Wait 24 hours after test patch before full usage.
  • Never use ingredients that you’re allergic to.
  • When in doubt about an ingredient, ask your physician.
  • Begin your cream with a small amount of the active ingredients. Only after testing, should you increase the amount used.
  • If you change your recipe for any component, do a test spot again, prior to full usage.

Male Enhancement Cream Base

Your choice of your base for your male enhancement cream will depend on your own personal choice.  Much of your choice may depend on what you have on hand or can easily purchase. Here are a few you can choose from. The purpose of the base ingredient is to not only deliver the active ingredients to the penis, but also act as a moisturizer.

  • Sunflower Seed Oil – Sunflower seed oil is a great base, as it contains several nutrients, including Vitamin E, A and B5.

In fact, companies, like ExtenZe, have been ordered to pay millions of dollars to settle false advertising charges.

So, will you get a larger dick by just taking penis enlargement pills — no. Not over night. Not in a week.

Just, no.

Benefits of Penis Enlargement Pills

Although penis enlargement pills aren’t going to get you a bigger penis alone, they can be a useful part of your penis exercise routine for penis enlargement. The herbs often in these pills do have vasodilation properties. This increased blood flow isn’t enough to create the microtears needed, to encourage actual new cellular growth (and result in a truly larger penis). But, it can:

  • Help in the cellular recovery after manual exercises or exercising with penis enlargement devices, by encouraging increased blood flow.
  • Give a temporary harder erection, due to the increased blood flow.
  • Give a temporary increased flaccid size, due to the increased blood flow.

So, pick a good penis enlargement routine (the JP90 Routine is perfect for beginners), think about using a device, like a penis pump or penis extender, and if you’re going to take penis enlargement pills, just know they are supplements – not a get-huge-quick cure.
