As this is Jelq for Health month at PEGym, I felt it would be appropriate to describe an exercise that I believe to be entirely new — the Bundled Dry Jelq.
The concept of the bundle stretch is not new. In fact, it’s a very effective stretching exercises, that alters the parallel fibers in the penis, to maximum enlargement gains. If performed in combination with a dry jelq, it gives an additive or even synergistic stretch. I feel this exercise exceeds either one done alone or separately. I have tried this after pumping and notice a very significant effect in terms of overall mass enhancement, which is why I wish to share this new concept with PEGym members.
What is the Bundled Stretch?
The bundled stretch is one of the most effective stretching penis exercises. The basic bundled stretch is performed as follows:
Bring your penis to an approximate 90% erection.
Stretch your penis straight out.
Turn your penis counterclockwise (like winding up a rubber band) and then pull.
Depending on the experience level of the individual, the winding up (or bundling) should be done in increments starting with a quarter turn. Once you become more advanced, you can work up to a half-turn.
Perform the bundled stretch counterclockwise, with 10 stretches for 10 seconds. Then repeats clockwise for 10 more 10-second stretches. The number of stretches and the time can be incrementally built up with experience.
What is the Bundled Dry Jelq and How do I do it?
The Bundled Dry Jelq penis exercise is a combination of the bundled stretch and the dry jelq. Here are the instruction on how to perform the Bundled Dry Jelq?
Step 1 – Perform the stretch and twist of the bundled stretch.
Step 2 – Keeping your penis in the bundled stretch configuration, place your hand with an overhand grip (thumb and index finger pointing down), near the base of the penis.
Step 3 – Pull your hand as far forward as you can, then hold the stretch.
Step 4 – Repeat for five minutes in the clockwise configuration, then five minutes in the counterclockwise configuration.
As you advance, you can gradually increase your time and intensity.
Why is the Bundled Dry Jelq an Effective Penis Exercise?
The reason why the Bundled Dry Jelq is so effective comes down to collagen fiber alignment and bundling. Let’s look at it from a mechanical point of view.
When the penis is in its natural state, the collagen fibers are in alignment with each other. When the collagen fibers are aligned normally, we have bands of parallel fibers within each geographical area of the penis. These parallel bands can crisscross in spots, but for the purpose of conceptualization of this exercise visualize them as parallel fibers in alignment.
When you start bundling the penis, the fibers change from being aligned in a series of straight lines reinforcing one another, to twisting them out of alignment, which separates and isolates them. This makes them individually more responsive to stretching and collagen remodeling under traction. These fibers will then be remodeled in the direction of the stretch, hence making the penis ultimately thicker and longer .
When performing the bundled dry jelq, you are jelqing and stretching them “out of alignment” and therefore creating a mechanical force that facilitates penis enlargement gains. In other words, you are bundling the fibers and increasing the leverage effect of the traction.
This is similar to the fulcrum movement with hangers. In the fulcrum exercise, your penis is positioned over a cylindrical object, with weights attached via a hanger behind the glans, causing the penis to stretch around the object. This very effective, historical use of the fulcrum from hanging devices has been discussed in depth.

Find Your Pelvic Floor Muscles – Finding the PC muscle is easy. The next time you’re urinating, stop or slow your pee mid-flow. The muscles used to stop urinating is your PC muscle. Don’t actually tense legs, abdomen or butt cheek muscles, instead focus on lifting your entire pelvic floor upward. Most importantly, continue to breathe through the contraction of your pelvic floor. If you’re able to stop or slow your urine in mid-stream, you’ve just successfully located and contracted your pelvic floor muscles! If you’re having a hard time, it’s the same set of muscles you use to tighten your anus. Now you’re ready to Kegel.
Contract Your Pelvic Floor Muscles – When you’re ready to do Kegel exercises for men, the first thing you need to do is contract your pelvic floor muscles.
Hold the Kegel Contraction – Hold that contraction for as long as you can. Most men can’t hold a Kegel at first for no more than a couple of seconds. Make a note of how long you can hold the Kegel.
Release the Kegel Contraction and Repeat – Release the squeeze and repeat, for ten repetitions. Gradually build up your Kegels until you can hold them for 10 seconds each.
When you perform the exercise correctly, you should be able to feel or see your testicles lift. This takes time for some men. But, if you practice the routine regularly, you should notice an improvement in your pelvic floor muscle strength, in 4-6 weeks.
The best part about the Kegel is that it doesn’t require any assistance from your hands or legs. You can do Kegel exercises for men anywhere, anytime — whether it’s in a car, watching TV, standing in line at the grocery store, or even while you’re at work.
How Often Should I Kegel? Your Kegel Exercises for Men Routine
As with any other type of exercise, it’s better to start off slowly and build up your routine. Here are our recommendations, to get you started Kegeling for better sexual health.
For the first few weeks: Do 50 Kegels every other day. Each Kegel should be contracted for one to five seconds, depending on the strength of your PC muscle. The first time you Kegel, it probably won’t last much longer than a second or two. With more exercise and experience, your PC muscle will become much stronger and your Kegel exercises for men will last much longer.
Over time: Gradually incorporate more Kegels into your routine. Work up to five to ten minutes a day, four days a week. This should be fairly easy to do, since you can do Kegel exercises for men anywhere, anytime. Many penis exercisers do them on their morning commute to work, for example. Eventually, spice it up and try holding your Kegels for as long as possible.
Can Kegels Help Me Become Multi-Orgasmic?

Kegel Exercises for Men Tips

Finally, it is important for men to remain physically and sexually active for as long as possible.
Erectile Dysfunction and Popular Advertised Drugs
Today, aging men are exposed to information and advertisements touting a wide variety of drugs and supplements that may help restore sexual function. The most popular option is a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. These include Viagra® and Levitra®.
These drugs dilate blood vessels in the genital region, leading to an erection. Unfortunately, they do very little to increase libido (sexual desire). While these medications are valuable tools in the symptomatic treatment of erectile dysfunction, they may produce multiple side effects such as:
Changes in blood pressure,
Irregular heart rhythm,
Nasal congestion, and others symptoms,
Additionally, their long-term risks are unknown.1
Erectile Dysfunction and Hormones
Men whose blood tests indicate hormonal deficiencies or imbalances can use bioidentical hormones to help manage ED. Replacement of androgens can be crucial in restoring normal sexual function. While testosterone is available by prescription only, over-the-counter hormones such as DHEA and pregnenolone may help boost testosterone levels and thus improve erectile dysfunction.
Erectile Dysfunction and Herbal Supplements
Owing to a lack of research in this area, the efficacy of some supplements in managing ED is considered moderate to uncertain. The benefits of most of the products available have been described through cultural experience and anecdotal reports. Many herbal “aphrodisiacs” have a positive influence on erectile dysfunction, and some have an effect on hormonal output as well.
Emerging evidence and case reports suggest that naturally occurring agents such as L-arginine,1,2 Korean red ginseng,3 zinc,4 DHEA,5-10 maca root,1,11 and Tribulus terrestris12 may help improve sexual function and thus ED. A naturally occurring alkaloid called yohimbine, derived from the African tree, Pausinystalia yohimbe, has been used for over 70 years as a pharmacological agent in treating ED.,1,13,14
Other herbs that have been reported to improve ED include horny goat weed, oat straw (Avena sativa), damiana, muira puama, and ashwagandha. Studies of these herbal plants have often yielded inconsistent results, and clinical evidence to support herbal agents in managing ED is still minimal. Those who do not benefit from drugs, supplements, or psychological treatment may see improvement with intracavernosal injection (such as prostaglandin and papaverine plus phentolamine),15 vacuum/constrictive devices, and last but not least various PE stamina exercises which has already been extensively discussed in other articles.

The Foreseeable Future of Penis Enlargement Exercises
A good way to look at the foreseeable future is to compare penis enlargement exercises to other historical growth industries and what happened in the progression of technological innovations.
The aviation industry’s evolution has been dramatic, starting with the Wright Brothers biplane at Kitty Hawk, NC. Do you know how planes fly?
Planes fly based on a pressure differential between the upper surface of the wing and the atmospheric pressure — the Bernoulli Principle. In other words, there is a mild vacuum between the upper part of the wing and the atmosphere creating lift. The forward force propelled by the engines causes the airflow over the wing to be faster on the upper surface of the wing than the lower surface. This reduces pressure and creates a vacuum on the upper surface of the wing, allowing the plan to be buoyed so it can fly.
Over the years, airplanes have dramatically advanced in speed, safety and ability to fly at higher altitudes. What has driven this development? These advancements were the result of a demand by the population to get to places faster and with greater ease. Bernoulli’s principle is still the same. This principle of lift is true of biplanes, jet planes and rocket propulsion, while in the atmosphere, yet today’s aircraft are significantly more advanced than they were just a few short generations ago. Why?
There is an inherent demand in human nature to progress to greater and greater levels of achievement across the board. This same demand is present in the penis exercising industry. Although we have tools and products that work, it’s human nature to desire advancements for even better products to get results faster and easier. This applies to penis enlargement exercises as well.
The Bodybuilding Industry
Let’s look at the bodybuilding industry, which is closely comparable in the penis enlargement exercising industry. Penis exercise is, in fact, bodybuilding!
Many years ago, a gentleman by the name of Charles Atlas developed from a “97-pound weakling” into a very well-built, muscular individual, based on his formulation of a concept called “dynamic tension.” While at a zoo one day, he observed the lions stretching and toning their muscles. He reasoned that lions are very strong, and perhaps there may be a something to be learned by this observation. He designed a method by which one muscle group could be pushed/pulled against another, to stimulate growth and strength.
This worked, and his course became revolutionary. It was one of the first innovative courses in bodybuilding! It did not use mechanical methods to build muscle, simply manual methods. Does this sound familiar? Think about the similarities between Atlas’s routine and the manual methods of penis enlargement exercises, like jelqing.
Anyone who is aware of the body bodybuilding industry knows much has happened since Charles Atlas. Essentially, bodybuilding started out with manual methods, barbells and dumbbells, which progressed into simple weightlifting machines. This then progressed into the Nautilus and on to the modern-day equipment found in gym’s and health clubs around the world today. Bodybuilding has come a long way, in terms of the techniques and equipment used. This has greatly impacted the bodybuilder. Bodybuilders of today are dramatically larger and stronger than those decades ago, thanks to these improvements. The same is true of the penis enlargement exercise industry.
The Penis Enlargement Exercise Industry
The penis exercise industry is comparable, in many respects, to the bodybuilding industry, because it is in fact a form of bodybuilding for penis enlargement. As a scientist, I perceive basically a similar progression from manual to incrementally more sophisticated mechanical equipment that will essentially result in greater increases and enhancement in sexual prowess.
We first started with what was called the Chartham Method, consisting of a basic bulb vacuum and jelqing routine. Although simplistic, it worked well and would yield predicable gains. Then manual and electric vacuum pumps became available, which was of some help. The knowledge of effective use of pumps, at that time, was limited. The principle of edema was not fully comprehended as a negative. Nevertheless, these vacuum pumps were an advancement for penis exercising.
In the late 1990s, a Scandinavian scientist by the name of Jes Bec Mueller came up with the brilliant invention of that day called — Jes Extender, designed for penis enlargement exercise. This ushered in the plethora of penis extender devices. For its day, it was a great innovation and reasonably convenient to use. Hourly loosening of the noose grip was necessary for circulation during penis enlargement exercises; other than this, the device was a stroke of genius for the time.
Also in the late 1990s, a gentleman affectionately known as “Big Al” established the idea of coaching penis enlargement exercises. His extensive knowledge of bodybuilding enabled him to formulate original ideas and methods of effective PE. Ball Pumping: More Than Just Aesthetics
What’s the use in having a $250,000 vehicle with cheap wheels? Or wearing a $5,000 suit with Chuck Taylor sneakers? An odd analogy, but in this context it fits. The right accessories can make the overall unit more impressive.
Having a fat nine-incher hanging above a couple of grapes isn’t very visually appealing. Although a large set of testicles helps achieve a better overall appearance, in combination with the increases made to your penis from various other enlargement techniques, they are by no means simply an “accessory item.”. Developing larger testicles goes far beyond just the aesthetics. Ball pumping has been known to provide a wide array of improvements to the health of the genitalia as a whole.
Ball Pumping: A Wonderful Surprise
Ball pumping provides a number of benefits. These include:
Increased testosterone levels (which aids in increasing ejaculate volume),
Enhanced blood flow through vascular increase, and

One of the primary goals men have when performing any type of penis enlargement exercise is increasing penis girth – they want a thicker cock. When penis pumping is employed to assist in this effort, a sound, proven technique is to pump at low pressure for long periods of time (at no more than 5Hg). This allows the tissues to gradually expand instead of being shocked into expansion, by pumping at high levels, which can lead to injury. Building Low Hangers with Ball Pumping
The dynamics and techniques to build heavy, low hanging testicles through ball pumping are quite simple. Just like in penis pumping, fluids are forced into the tissues at different rates. Temperature Control and Ball Pumping
The key to stretching these tissues begins and ends with temperature. Sperm production takes place at slightly cooler temperature than normal body temp. The body wants to produce sperm. Therefore,
If the testicles are warmer than the ideal temperature, the body drops the testicles to cool them off.
If the testicles are colder than the ideal sperm production temperature, the body pulls them in to warm them.
Warm temperatures encourage the body to release the tension in the suspending tissues, letting the testicles down. For this reason, stretching and pumping is best accomplished by keeping the testicles warm and extended as much as possible.
Getting Started with Ball Pumping
Ball pumping is very similar to penis pumping.
Warm up in your standard manner, but give additional attention to warming the scrotum and surrounding area. Don’t overdo it and don’t use high levels of heat – it doesn’t take much to get the sac warm and pliable.
After the warm up, stretch the scrotal sac out with a milking-style massage for several seconds.
Using a good lubricant, lubricate your cock and balls liberally so they can slide easily into the tube. If using a LongJohnny or any cylinder with a detachable seal, put a small amount of lube along the inner wall of the seal. If using a straight cylinder with no seal, lubricate the rim and the first inch inside your cylinder generously to help create a good airtight seal when you begin pumping.
Insert your cock and seat your balls into the opening.
As you start pumping, go slowly to make sure your testicles clear the seal and tissues are not pinched (the feeling of your testicles ‘plopping’ over the seal into the tube is fantastic!).
Use just enough pressure to get a slight, comfortable pull. A good level for ball pumping is roughly 3Hg; if it feels uncomfortable, release the pressure to a more comfortable level. Just as in penis pumping, as your balls expand, they displace vacuum, so you will need to monitor and adjust the pressure accordingly.
In the beginning, try to take a break every 15 to 30 minutes, to refresh the circulation in your cock and give your scrotal skin a break. As you become accustomed to ball pumping, breaks can be taken at longer intervals.
Maximum stretch is accomplished at constant pressure (though there are pulsing techniques that have been known to help greatly in expansion). Lightly massage the cock and balls during the break and reheat if necessary before resuming. Beginners should stick to sessions one hour or less. Take your time in taking off the seal at the end of your session since you will be considerably larger than the opening. Go slow and you will be fine.

Kegel/reverse kegel training and
This article focuses on edging — specifically how to use edging to develop male multiple orgasm.
Start with Stop and Start Edging
The normal starting point for edging is the stop start. In this form of edging, you:
Start as normal,
Reach a given level of arousal then
Stop and allow your arousal level to go down.
You then resume and go back to the given arousal level, stop again and so on.
Over time, through this exercise, you develop a better understanding of arousal and are able to more closely approach the point of no return. This can, in and of itself, increase sexual stamina. However, if you want to progress to multiple male orgasm, the next step is kegel edging.
Progress to Kegel Edging
Having learned the basics of edging through stop and start, and having developed kegel ability through stand alone kegel routines, you are ready for kegel edging. To begin, learn the effect of kegels and reverse kegels at various levels of arousal. Again, over time, your goal is to work toward being able to control of your arousal level during the time around the point of no return.
Kegeling to Avoid Ejaculation
Having developed basic kegel edging ability and control of your arousal during the time around the point of no return, you can then begin to use kegels to to avoid ejaculation. To do so, use a strong kegel in the lead up to your point of no return.
NOTE: If, on occasion, ejaculation does happen, don’t become too upset with yourself. This is all part of the learning process.
As you reach the point of no return and do a strong kegel, a number of things can happen that should not be part of your experience when you perform the kegel correctly. These include:
Retro-ejaculation is not a dry orgasm. Instead, it’s an orgasm where your ejaculation goes backward into the bladder. Loss of erection is common when this occurs. Although this is often harmless, with side effects typically including loss of erection and discomfort, it is indicative of a skill and timing issue.
Partial ejaculation is as the name implies, where you only partially ejaculate. In many cases, you will not fully lose your erection. Oftentimes, another ejaculation is possible. This should be looked at as a partially successful dry orgasm and a positive sign that you’re on the right path to true dry orgasms. As your ability to drive into the point of no return zone without ejaculation improves, you will eventually be able to orgasm without ejaculating. This is the fabled dry orgasm.
Early Stage of Dry Orgasms Side Effects
In the initial period after attaining dry orgasms, you may find three side effects:
Loss of erection, and
Loss of interest
When you first achieve dry orgasm, your dry orgasms may not be as strong as normal orgasms. However, with continued training, eventually they should begin to feel the same as a regular, ejaculation-filled orgasm. Also, your body may, at first, shut down your erection, as though an ejaculation took place, as your body gets used to the sensation of dry orgasm. Again, continued training overcomes this.
Lastly, since many men have numerous years of single orgasms in their past, they have been conditioned to single orgasms. This may lead to a loss of interest after the first orgasm. The solution to this is both continued training and a deliberate effort to push on.
The Ultimate Dry Orgasm Experience Leading to Male Multiple Orgasm
Having attained dry orgasm and continuing training, you should now be able to have further orgasms with the same erection. This is the ultimate dry orgasm experience — male multiple orgasm. You have not ejaculated, so you should still have the desire and ability to orgasm. Continue in the same manner as previous, until you have another orgasm . You are now having multiple male orgasms, with the same erection. You have reached male multiple orgasm!
This, of course, leads to other questions. For instance, this is usually done solo first and then transferred to partnered sex. Many guys want to join multiple orgasms together in a wave effect. There are also the mental effects of multiple male orgasm to consider. These are topics that need to be explored.

Motivated by the current rise in interest about dry orgasms, despite the fact there is information about this in the Premature Ejaculation Forum, Minuteman creases a comprehensive guide on dry orgasms and how to achieve them. He is also motivated by the desire to help others to avoid possible injuries while attempting dry orgasm. Many PE’ers who attempt dry orgasms for the first time become (understandably) demotivated to pursue multiple male orgasms (MMO) further, due to the difficulties experienced when attempting dry orgasm. Minuteman was lucky to to have one of his first dry orgasms be a clean one. This proved to him one can attempt dry orgasm and suffer absolutely no discomfort when done right.
Introduction to Dry Orgasms
I used dry orgasm as one of the first tools to overcome premature ejaculation. While I was actively doing it, I was able to with relative ease. However, I stopped since I had no partner and decided to pursue other more traditional ways of fixing premature ejaculation. I knew there will always be times when doing a dry orgasm will be too difficult, due to various distractions. In doing so, I learned a lot.
In the first part of this guide, I will introduce the basic definition and elements of dry orgasm to eliminate any confusion with terms and also to clarify many points.
In the second, third and fourth parts, I will discuss in depth each of the elements needed for a successful dry orgasm.
In the fifth part, I will describe the entire dry orgasm process, including the things leaned from the previous parts and other tips.
Part I – Terminology, Classifications, Definitions, and Reasoning
1) What is a Dry Orgasm? – Differentiating Between Medical Terms and MMO Terms
If you Google around a bit, you will read many sources say dry orgasm and retrograde ejaculation are the same or one leads to another, since nothing comes out of your penis. However, in MMO terminology dry orgasm is different.
Retrograde ejaculation happens when the path for sperm to come out of your penis is obstructed or the bladder sphincter is not functioning properly. Since your sperm doesn’t have anywhere to go, it goes into your bladder. Dry orgasm, in this medical sense, is the feeling that occurs when retrograde ejaculation happens. This is why most of the time when one refers to dry orgasm, in non-MMO terms, it refers to retrograde ejaculation. Just to be clear, these medical terms are valid in their definitions; however, since MMO also uses the term dry orgasm it can become a source of confusion.
Other types of medical dry orgasm occurs in younger males when they ejaculate numerous times within a short amount of time. This is due to the fact the testes are unable to produce enough sperm, but only able to provide the spasm that occurs with orgasm and nothing to ejaculate.
In MMO terms, dry orgasm occurs when you have an orgasm without ejaculation but during the time you should be ejaculating. This is done by stopping the expulsion part of ejaculation, with kegel holds, reverse kegel holds or some other method (these alternative methods are not explored or suggested in this guide since their safety hasn’t been determined).
2) Strength, Technique, Timing – The Essential Components of Dry Orgasm
There are three elements that determine whether the dry orgasm is performed properly or improperly. In order to have a dry orgasm the way it is meant to be, you must learn how to be proficient in all three of components. The better you are, the better dry orgasm you will have.
STRENGTH – The strength of the kegel hold needed to shut down the spasms that occur.
TECHNIQUE – The proper way of moving your kegel to make your hold more effective.
TIMING – The correct time when you should hold your kegel to properly preform a dry orgasm.
3) Types of Dry Orgasms
There are three bad and two good types of dry orgasms. The bad ones I list are for identification. The goal is to learn how to perform the two good ones.
Bad Dry Orgasms
Dribble Ejaculation – This one happens most of the time when your kegel hold is not strong enough to attempt a dry orgasm. In a way, this one is the most harmless of the bad ones, since in the end all of the sperm goes out albeit very slow. Note: Dribble ejaculation can also occur normally when your pelvic floor is unbalanced and your reverse kegels are stronger than kegels, or your kegels are just weak. After dribble ejaculation, everything happens as with regular ejaculation.
Partial Ejaculation – This happens when your timing is off and part of your ejaculation gets out. The remainder of the ejaculation either goes into your bladder (Partial-Retro) or doesn’t and is reabsorbed. This depends on both your technique and strength. Depending if the retro was included or not, you will go flaccid very fast and most of the time unable to retain both arousal and erection. As before, if without retro you likely will feel slight disconfort but lose little of your erection and arousal. Even though partial ejaculations may feel “good enough,” avoid having this type of orgasm and do not settle for them.
Retro Ejaculation – This happens when your technique is not good enough and is the one most people experience. You should avoid retro ejaculation at all costs, since it can injure you. You will have a huge drop in both arousal and erection, and your penis might even turtle a little. Most of the time, you will feel discomfort. In order to check if you have in fact had retro ejaculation, after you attempt a dry orgasm, try and urinate in a cup and see how cloudy it is. If it is cloudy (you will spot it at once), you have retro ejaculated.
Clean DO (or just Dry Orgasm) – This is the one you want. Clean dry orgasm happens when your strength and timing is right on the money. The technique is good enough. You will feel no discomfort during this dry orgasm. Your erection will drop just a little, due to the kegel hold, but your arousal and desire will remain as they where. It is up to you if you want to now take it slow or ejaculate or do another one. You will have approximately three spasms of decreasing strength. The first spasm is the one that you turn into a kegel hold, the second one will happen and, if your hold is strong enough, it will be of much decreased strength (you will barely feel it). The third one will be almost non-existent. If you experience more than three spasms, they will usually result in retrograde ejaculation or another of the bad types. The feeling of a good dry orgasm is very unique, even though it is an orgasm without an ejaculation. Most of the time, you will know if you have done it.
Perfect DOs – This is the best form. This is the ideal dry orgasm when you have a kegel hold activated in specific way (technique) and specific strength (strength) and at a specific time (timing) that it STOPS all other spasms after the first one. In other words, you completely stop the ejaculation. You are left with the orgasmic feeling, no erection drop at all and your arousal is intact. That is what anyone who is practicing dry orgasm should aim for after clean dry orgasms. You are left a slightly before the point of no return. However, in essence this one is all technique. People with premature ejaculation might even encounter this one by accident while preforming start and stop with a kegel hold. It is bad practice to rely just on technique, because in order for this one to occur all the time you have to have all three parts perfect.
4) The Reverse Kegel Hold Dry Orgasm (And Why I Haven’t Included it Here)
As you will notice while reading this guide, there is no mention of dry orgasms achieved by reverse kegels, even though you might have run into people mentioning them in PEGym.com forums.
Here are some reasons I won’t be “teaching” how to RKDO:
I am not able to do it: This is the first and most important reason why. The whole point of this guide is to create a safe and well-defined environment where you can attempt dry orgasm with little to no risk. If I don’t know about details of RKDO, I am not going to give you some half-hearted explanation.
Not every reverse kegel hold you do and point of no return is a RKDO. This is the same as the fact that not every kegel hold is a dry orgasm, even if you are near the point of no return, because you are not stopping spasm kegel but just an involuntary one. However, due to now knowing those details, people usually clam they are able to RKDO. Until you are able to constantly produce similar results under the same circumstances you should not be sure of it.
It’s against the natural flow. Reverse kegeling goes against the normal flow of the ejaculation process. In timing mastery, I do tell you to hold the kegel but in a way it can (and will) be overpowered by a spasm kegel, so you can get the timing down. There you can feel and see that it is the natural flow.
Fully stopping a spasm kegel after a long and highly-aroused session is like waiting for somebody to punch you full force in the face. In contrast, turning a kegel spasm into a conscious kegel hold is like avoiding that punch and using the inertia to make it stronger,is the way you end up with a very strong kegel hold. However, in order to fully use that strength you have to be conditioned.
While there are people who swear by it, I can’t with clear conscience recommend you something like that.
In that light, I also want to warn you to always use your own judgement. Do not follow or trust this guide or me blindly, even though I have done everything I could to protect you from many problems that may occur and I have also followed the basic ideas while I was learning how to dry orgasm. This doesn’t mean there is nothing I am not aware of. If while performing the routines or mastering other aspects you feel or find something is fundamentally wrong, you should not continue this activity.
5) The Importance of Ejaculation
In time, you will gain the ability to have a dry orgasm. For some, ejaculation might start to seem pointless, since when you experience the first dry orgasm in a session you don’t feel much need to actually ejaculate and, in a way, feel satisfied. This mostly happens in the beginning stage of dry orgasming, when the brain is still mixing the signals from ejaculation with dry orgasming.
The thing to note here is ejaculation is a process that is good for the body. One of the most important things is it cleans the “pipes” and the prostate. In terms of men’s health, this is very, very important. If you continue to have dry orgasms and no ejaculations, you can become clogged and many of the secretions will be in your prostate. This can cause problems. On the other side of the equation, too frequent ejaculations might not benefit you or simply make you too tired. You should ejaculate at least once a week.
If you are dry orgasming, things change. You should ejaculate two to three days maximum after a dry orgasm session, in order to force the fluids that generate (mostly precum) out. For people who just started dry orgasming, this should be a rule.
For those who are seasoned dry orgasmers, they should ejaculate at the end of every session or the next day. Also, keep in mind you should not always dry orgasm. Having normal masturbation or sex that doesn’t involve dry orgasming at all is highly recommended. Mix it up!
If you had a dry orgasm and you feel a sort of preassure or fatigue in your testicles, and if you are hard enough to ejaculate, you should. This will decrease the fatigue or eventual pain (the “blue balls”).
6) Why is This So Long and Complicated? It’s Just a Kegel Hold at the Right Time, Right?
The simple answer to this question is — to protect you. An alarming amount of people will try to perform a dry orgasm when they are not conditioned enough. This can sometimes lead to injury. Because of this, most later on become uninterested and don’t see the point of dry orgams. This especially happens when they didn’t perform it right. Who’s to blame them? This guide was written to make dry orgasms as easy as it can be.
There are two more reasons this is so long:
To make you confident. By dry orgasming the right way the first, second or even third time, you will gain confidence in your sexual ability. Now you will always have some foundation to go back to. It might not sound like much right now, but once you have had your clean dry orgasm, you will find yourself agreeing.
To condition you. Dry orgasm is for many an entry point for MMO. By learning how to do this the right way, you open the door to many advanced experiences. Many of them will come naturally later on. Even for premature ejaculation problems, this way of conditioning will make you well-prepared to utilize any premature ejaculation techniques, with a much better understanding and ability than a beginner.
Do not fool yourself! MMO requires A LOT OF WORK AND DEDICATION. Some might be lucky or innate and be able to achieve this with little to no problems, but for most it isn’t that easy.
