How to get the most out of your extender

Extender based training is one of the few non-medical forms of enlargement sanctioned by mainstream medical professionals (see here). The reason why? Because extending works!

With today’s newest model of extenders, one can choose from many different formats- from light, higher volume sessions to brief and intense workouts which rival hanging or manual training.

Though extending on its own is effective, there are things that you can do to further increase the rate and duration of your progress. Below are a few examples:

· Add Penis Pumping to your training: Not only is pumping an excellent method for enlargement in its own right, it’s a great accompaniment to extender work. A 10 to 20 minutes session at moderate pressure immediately before an extender session will allow you to induce GIRTH gains from extending- since you’ll be pre-stretching the penis in a circumferential manner.

A light pumping session after your girth work is a great way to maximize blood flow.

· Use an “All Day Stretcher” (ADS) after your extender session: This method works best if you’re extending at higher tension levels. After your extender session, use the ADS for anywhere between 15 minutes to 4 hours to keep the penis in an elongated state. This particular mode of training is known as the “Two Step Method”, and it’s an advanced and effective way of extracting as much length as you can out of a workout.

· Add Vibration to your extender training: Vibration not only makes your extender session more pleasurable, the added vector of stress induce by vibration can also force more gains. If you’re new to using vibration, be sure to start on the low end of duration and intensity.
